I guess I'm kind of spoiled when it comes to Taco Casa from growing up with it in Texas. The only thing that was wrong was that the amount of cheese used was way less than any other taco casa I've been to. That is one of the best things is how the food is made so changing that changes the experience. Other than that, it was a good experience.
I only recently discovered Taco Casa bringing my son home from the doctor, and now I'm obsessed. Now I have to stop there everyone we go. I love their tacos and the chilada... oh boy.
Honestly this is one of the best kept secrets around. Once again tonight we walked in to a clean dining area right up to the counter where we were greeted. The nice young man took our order, smiled and was polite yet didn't daddle around. We sat down and they called my name immediately so back up to he counter where I realized I had forgotten how large the portions were and I had purchased more than I could eat.
