We have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The smoothies are always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. It is a little pricey but it’s a nice treat.

This was our first time visiting, and it was BUSY. Thankfully, they had plenty of staff on hand. However, our main concern was the lack of an organized system to manage the chaos. There were about at least 6-8 employees working, but what appeared to be the manager was both taking orders at the register and walking back and forth to hand out food—all while a long line of customers waited inside and several cars were in the drive-thru.
It would make more sense to have one person focused on taking orders, while others handle order distribution. The customer in front of us even made a comment like, “Okay, it’s finally my turn,” clearly frustrated with the wait and back-and-forth movement.
Overall, the staffing was there, but the workflow needs improvement. With better coordination, the experience could be much smoother.

My family and I come to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe almost every week after church, and we all park in the same section of the parking lot every time. There are 3 signs up, spread out throughout the whole parking lot that says “Reserved For Drive-Thru” and we usually park somewhere in between these spaces since they are spread out throughout half of the parking lot. As we were parked and waiting for the rest of our family to arrive, we were confronted by 2 employees who told me I cannot park here since it it reserved. There was no sign or labeling of any kind on the parking spot. I had asked why I was unable to park there considering there was nothing telling me I could not; and the young lady told me it was their drive-thru parking - with nothing labeling it as so. I mentioned Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs to put their reservation signs on all parking spots that are meant to be reserved if I am not allowed to park there. This young lady was very standoff-ish, rude, and lacked all customer service skills. It is a shame. I genuinely love this place.
I love their smoothies!! I always feel like I'm doing something healthy for myself and if there's any mistakes they will keep working on it till they get it right!! ❤️❤️❤️it!!

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and had a delightful experience that I can’t wait to share. I ordered the Thai Chicken Salad, and it was nothing short of fresh and delicious. The flavors were vibrant, with a perfect balance of crunch and zest that made each bite enjoyable. It’s clear that they prioritize quality ingredients, and I appreciated the generous portion size as well.
The service was also commendable. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly and accurately. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and feel valued as a customer.
One of the aspects I particularly enjoyed was the ambiance of the store. It was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a relaxing dining experience. I took advantage of the inviting atmosphere and savored my meal in peace, which is a rarity in many fast-casual dining spots.
Overall, my visit to Tropical Smoothie was a fantastic one. With fresh food, good service, and a calm environment, it’s definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty meal. I look forward to trying more items from their menu in the future!

I get the same smoothie everytime because I love it, but was so very disappointed this last time I got it because it had so many large ice chunks and was not fully blended at all, could not even drink it like a smoothie, had to spoon it out when I got home. Was very upset that I paid for a half blended smoothie.

Smoothies are good , but the food is not up to par. They just throw it together as quick as possible.Barely put anything on it and then charge you full price. You're gonna do something do it right. Competition is stiff , and you will not be getting my business anymore.
