Order 2 meals at drive thru. Drove home 20 minutes and the order was completely incorrect. They did offer me a refund.
Store needs to figure out how to ship the food if they mess up the order. I am sure Uber eats or other service would do this. I do not understand why order are so hard.

I love burnt ends. These had a great flavor, but more than half of it was pure fat. Will not stop me from going to eat here. Out is the best BBQ in Purcell, Norman, and Moore.

They were not busy and it took a while to get food. The pickles did not taste normal for vans they tasted bad. Soda was flat, brisket was tough. Our fries were cold by the time food was served. I will stick to Norman location.

I stopped going for a long time because the food was not great. I tried them out of the blue several weeks ago (and once more later on) and things seem much better. Pretty good food, and the drive thru makes takeout even more convenient.

Online showed 1 price was charged $2 more per potato
Just don’t, we had a fly in the BBQ sauce,and the ribs had to have been cut 1-2 hours before they served them,beans were old dried out, Cole slaw was hot, disgusting! Worst 50$ I spent! And that was for only 2 meals! Don’t even get me started about my wife’s brisket sandwich. It was like slop.

Went here tonight and waited in line behind 2 people. It took about 10 minutes, after the cashier helped the last person in front of me she just turned around and walked to the back... The other 3 employees just standing around... I waited another 2 minutes and left.

I usually get the ribs about once a month here. Normally, the ribs are meaty and good as well as the rest of the lunch. This visit the fries were cold and the ribs were very dry. I did return the fries to which they brought a new one to my table but no love on the ribs as no offer for replacement. Also, no manager was present to address any of the concerns. I'll probably go to a different location next time.
