Looking for a good BBQ spot close to my home. Worst experience. Ordered delivery on their website after medical issues and I could not drive. Paid $7.50 on delivery that took well over 2 hours long. Spent 50$ on the order not only to have to wait over 2 hours but I was missing items from my very expensive order. On top of that my food, besides the green beans, were all COLD. The brisket was like beef jerky. Unable to speak so I couldn't call in and make a complaint as my voice has been out since I was sick. The restaurant was also closed by time by order was delivered - again over 2 hours from time the order was placed. No return email or even a refund for my missing item. First and last time ever eating here.

Mar 2026 - good BBQ with something for everyone. Our visit was for lunch so we decided to have brisket baked potatoe, loaded. It was good. The potato was cooked perfectly. The chopped beef BBQ was a bit dry but the sauce helped. I was disappointed there were no sliced or whole jalapeños but I give them kudos for the Dr Pepper neon signs. The service was great. The food came ot pretty quick. The atmosphere was good and BBQ joint feel. Overall, well be back bc i want to try other items on the menu.

Brisket is horrible here, it's Tough and white like its boilded or steamed. Its also 20$ for a 1 meat meal no drink. I will never buy brisket from here again. If I ever come back. The register girls are rude and could careless about a customer ever coming back. And it's not the first time they've acted rude and careless.

Order 2 meals at drive thru. Drove home 20 minutes and the order was completely incorrect. They did offer me a refund.
Store needs to figure out how to ship the food if they mess up the order. I am sure Uber eats or other service would do this. I do not understand why order are so hard.

Took my turkey to Vans in Moore to have them smoke it for thanksgiving and it was NOT smoked just cooked. I invite anyone to taste it. Paid $30 for them to “smoke” it when I could have done a better job cooking it than they did. Spoke to the manager and he swore he remembered MY specific turkey out of the many many that they smoked for thanksgiving. Very disappointed and told so many people that they smoke turkeys but they don’t they just cook them.

I love burnt ends. These had a great flavor, but more than half of it was pure fat. Will not stop me from going to eat here. Out is the best BBQ in Purcell, Norman, and Moore.

They were not busy and it took a while to get food. The pickles did not taste normal for vans they tasted bad. Soda was flat, brisket was tough. Our fries were cold by the time food was served. I will stick to Norman location.

I stopped going for a long time because the food was not great. I tried them out of the blue several weeks ago (and once more later on) and things seem much better. Pretty good food, and the drive thru makes takeout even more convenient.

Just don’t, we had a fly in the BBQ sauce,and the ribs had to have been cut 1-2 hours before they served them,beans were old dried out, Cole slaw was hot, disgusting! Worst 50$ I spent! And that was for only 2 meals! Don’t even get me started about my wife’s brisket sandwich. It was like slop.
