I usually get the ribs about once a month here. Normally, the ribs are meaty and good as well as the rest of the lunch. This visit the fries were cold and the ribs were very dry. I did return the fries to which they brought a new one to my table but no love on the ribs as no offer for replacement. Also, no manager was present to address any of the concerns. I'll probably go to a different location next time.
Food was excellent, did a pickup order got back home and didn't have an order of beans . Called them and they didn't know what to do about it. Had to go back the next day to get money back.
I would give Van's a 6 out of 10.
the portion of food was small and not much flavor .
however the curly fries and Mac and cheese was good .
the bbq sauce is good .
the music and decor was great but the prices are to high for the lack of meat you get .
