Just left a few minutes ago, my server was not paying attention to us at all. All of our requests were taken care of by other servers. It took us like an hour to eat when it would usually take us about 25 minutes to pay and leave. The food was amazing, per usual.

The head cook was not professional at all! I have been a manager for 20 years, if a customer have questions about their check or food you don’t take it personally. You don’t discuss with other line employees about the issue and with customers. He would be bumped down to a dishwasher, food was good but order was wrong! This is 19th street in Moore ok. The food is always classic diner breakfast, food, nothing to complain about there. The hash brown smothered with cheese and onions cannot be beat! I wanted to be on her phone a lot. When I had to get up and get my own ice water from the counter, no one even remarked that the waitress was really slacking. And that annoyed me. And it was reflected in the tip. And we're usually huge tippers. And of course, these places are always slightly greasy and dirty, so the atmosphere is not always what you want it to be. But it is what it is. This waffle House is better than some I've been to and not as good as others. But the food is really tasty. I'm not really going there for the atmosphere. The service? That could have been better. There were only two other customers in when we were there. Was it really that hard to pay attention to us??
