Awful service. We were completely ignored while other tables around us were served. After waiting far too long with no acknowledgment, we decided to leave. As we walked out visibly upset, the waitress—who had ignored us the entire time—smirked. It was unbelievable and beyond unprofessional. We should have known something was off when we saw another family leave looking just as frustrated. We won’t be back.

Bizarre and frustrating experience. Our waitress outright refused to serve us, even though she was actively waiting on the table next to us. We should have taken the hint when we saw a family leave looking visibly upset. It wasn’t even busy, yet no one acknowledged our table. Instead, the waitress—who had black hair braided into pigtails—ignored us completely. Truly one of the strangest and worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

The only time the food is made correctly is when my favorite employee is there. I wish I knew his name because his service is amazing. The three young adults working today were trash. Complete burnt my waffles, left off the peanut butter chips I paid almost an extra dollar for PER WAFFLE, and two whole orders of bacon. It was completely useless to even order online when you come in to an incorrect order and have to wait anyways.

I've eaten here for years, over night there is a cook that used to do a great job but now every time I go in there he over cooks everything. One of the waiters that greets everyone with a welcome back and signs his tickets with a smiley face is rude and acts like he hates his job.

Got to edit my review. Food is the same, people are great. But!!! They have raised the prices and now an all star and a drink is $20! There are multiple great restaurants within a short drive, Sunny Side Up, Jimmy's Egg, Black Bear Dinner, Nosh, El Huevo, so so many places, and now it's more expensive to eat at the damn Waffle House than these places! That's crazy. The great thing about the Waffle House was it was dependable and cheap. Take that away and it's just not worth it. The food is just not comparable to what you get at these other restaurants for the same price or cheaper.

Had an extremely pleasant visit to the Moore location today where Shiela our waitress and William our cook provided superb service.!! Food was cooked to perfection and we were attended to and drinks refilled frequently.!! Excellent visit, we will most definitely return.!!

My husband and I went here for a late dinner the other night and we were impressed with the 3 younger people running the establishment. They were friendly and courteous and just cool young people and even though they didn't get my husband's order right, they owned up to it, and then they made it right. Best breakfast dinner I've had in awhile. We will definitely be back for that awesome food and great service ??
Came in close to 10PM on a Saturday evening. It wasn’t busy when we got there but was packed by the time we left. Service was great, our waitress Lindsay was very friendly. Coffee was hot and fresh. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese melt with hash browns. Slightly greasy but expected from Waffle House. Still great tho. My boyfriend ordered the bacon cheesesteak sandwich also with hash browns. He ordered a waffle on the side. Came right off the waffle maker. Hit the spot.
