Everytime I come in to this location it's always something... Last 3 visits, 1 no chicken, the waitress was an older lady and seemed I was a bother to her. 2 no coke waiter was awesome I believe his name was Sean. 3 no coke and completely made my order wrong. Waiter said idk what the hell the cook is doing. šŸ˜‚

I came in tonight hoping to get a seat next to our friends, we actually asked if the seat could be cleaned and we were told yes. We head over to the seat and this old, overweight , and overall rude lady who yells at us ā€œNO THAT TABLE IS DIRTY, GO SIT SOMEWHERE ELSE!ā€ We just up and left because we were so angry about the way she was. I dont care how bad your rush is (i work at a busy restaurant as well) you should never ever treat your customers like that!!!!!!

Waffle house is always a great place to go and eat. It may not be the cleanest or healthiest food. But my our experience the portions were just a little bit smaller and the prices had gone up a couple of dollars. Are waitress experience wasn't all that great but wasn't terrible or bad really just was at this location

Our recent dining experience at your restaurant was very disappointing. The cheese on the hashbrowns was not melted, the coffee was unpleasant, and the service was frustratingly poor. To make matters worse, the final bill was confusing and handled unprofessionally.

When our server, Bryant, brought the ticket, I explained that I couldn’t read his handwriting and asked for clarification on the charges. In response, he abruptly took the ticket from my hand, rewrote it, and presented a new total—stating that the first one was ā€œwrong.ā€ The new total was *higher*, and when I questioned it, he said, ā€œYou’ll pay this amount or I’ll call the laws.ā€ (Yes, ā€œthe laws,ā€ not ā€œthe police.ā€)

Despite this experience, I paid the bill and left a customary 10% tip, intending to address the issue the next day. However, when I called the restaurant, the phone system immediately directed me to place an online order and disconnected—making it impossible to reach anyone for assistance.

This experience fell far short of the standards I expect from your brand. I’m requesting a full refund for this visit. Attached are copies of both tickets for your review.

I came in after a long day at work just hoping to grab some food to go. I understand that dealing with difficult guests can be stressful, but each new customer deserves to be treated with respect and kindness regardless of prior experiences. Unfortunately, I was met with an extremely disrespectful employee named Bryant. Despite his claim of having years of customer service experience, his tone, attitude, and eagerness to rush me out the door said otherwise.

Even so, I still left him a $20 tip and wished him a better evening, because that’s how I was raised—and because I, too, work in customer service. However, I’ve never experienced treatment like this before, and I truly hope management addresses it to ensure no other guest has a similar experience.
