I don’t think I have anything good to say about my experience. I went to pick up dinner for my mom, daughter, and myself. To start off they were out of the drink I was ordering for my daughter and sweet and sour sauce that I wanted. Those two things alone, I didn’t feel was a big deal, but then I ordered my mom and myself a chocolate frosty for dessert. Once I got to the window they told me my total with the frosties and also told me their frosty machine wasn’t working correctly(it was coming out liquidy). Before handing them my payment method, I had to tell them twice that my total was not correct, because it still included the frosties I wouldn’t be receiving. Again, whatever if our food was good, I wouldn’t be so bothered. We all three ordered cheeseburgers combos, two Dave’s singles and a kids meal. My mom and I both got cheese fries with ours. The burgers were disgusting. They had the funkiest flavor to them, were for sure old patties, and were barely warm. The cheese fries were also terrible and very old and cold. We basically paid for food that got thrown in the trash. Very disappointing and such a waste of money!

I had basically quit going to Wendy's because the quality of food has gone downhill and service is below average. I went to get the baconator jr. today, went through the drive through. I ordered 3 other items including fries. I check my bag after pulling out, no fries. Go in the store to get my fries. Get home, find I have a chicken sandwich instead of the baconator. Wasted trip as usual. I'm done for good now.

Disappointed is an understatement. First at 7pm they were out of potato's. Which is fine, but the fries they offered in exchange were cold and old. If they had to do a replacement I understand, but it better be 10/10. Then our sprite order was denied cause they don't have a sprite like the app says.
The baconattor I ordered was small. Like they tried to dupe me with a son of baconattor. Plus the meat was dry and cold like it was sitting out for hours.
The chicken wrap we ordered was the saddest thing in existence. They took a chicken strip, chopped it up and sprinkled PART of it onto the wrap. Couldn't even get 1 whole strip for 10 bucks? They whole thing was just packed with Lettuce.
The worst part is I've been coming here for years. But the effort tonight was so disappointing.

One item is all I ordered and it was the new caramel Frosty that is $3.99 and I get home and they gave us a normal frosty. How hard is it to get one damn item right? And it wasn't even busy, it was just somebody not paying attention to what they were doing. If I would've known when they handed it to me I would've said something but it's not like I could tell what kind it was until I got home and the person it was for tasted it and realized it wasn't the correct frosty. It's not like $4 and some change is a million dollars but just pay attention and give ppl what they pay for.

Super disappointed came through at 11:30 these boys were joking around forgot one frosty okay let them know got it forgot one water okay fine ended up getting it then come home and no bacon on my kids burger it’s just fast food but lord I just got off of work too $24 someone people have to work multiple hours for at least try instead of just playing with your friends :(
First, I want to say Alex took my order. When it was ready he rebagged it so it would be easier for me to carry out to my car. Kudos to him! I am 75 and so appreciated that effort. Got 2 large chili's a single burger combo. I always loved the chili before but this one was mostly beans. Where's the beef?? Not the chili I used to love and crave on cold days. My husband didn't enjoy hus burger either. Saud it just didn't taste like a Wendy's burger. Sadly. We did not enjoy the lunch I was looking forward to. Need to go back to Wendy's food. Thank you.
