The hamburger meat was as cold as the lettuce. The service is very slow whether busy or not. The only good thing was that it was a clean restaurant.

Got stuck in a drive through for almost an hour for sorta cold sorta stale food. Im sorry, but there is never an excuse for this kinda performance. Frankly, my personal recommendation is complete managerial reorganization because this being a consistent trend at this locations means there is some consistent problem happening.
Whataburger is one of my favorite chains and to think the one near my house is so abysmal genuinely makes me a little sad.

After about an hour of eating a cheeseburger here, I ended up with food poisoning. I’m not sure whether it was due to a sick staff member or improper hand hygiene. Additionally, even though there were only two cars waiting, our order took a long time.
It’s disappointing because I actually like the food and options but it sucks having to come back with having all sauce forgotten. How am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing? And completely forgot the grilled cheese. Love wasting my gas to come back and not even offered anything but “sorry about that”

It’s been 25 minutes and I’m sitting sitting here waiting on two adult meals a kids meal. I can get faster service at a site down restaurant than this and the food is better. I’d rather just get a refund and go somewhere else than wait any long for subpar burger and fries.
