This Wingstop actually sucks! I ordered a 15 pc and they charged 6$ me for ranch and cheese sauce. Every Wingstop I go to I’ve never had this problem. Bad service

Long wait time for orders placed ahead of time , now convinced they just like to watch people come in and make them wait for me their order that was placed 30minutes ago, this has to be the worst managed Wingstop in Oklahoma. Update still bad.

Got assaulted by a customer here. Went to pickup a DoorDash order. And a random customer here blocked me from getting ice from the ice machine. Use his elbow and back to block me. He had an issue with me because he thought I was cutting people in line. So because of this he assaulted me. Not just that because of it I am blocked from coming to this store.
Ordered dine in at the counter and sat down to wait, it was freezing inside the dining room but it's cold outside so whatever.After 25 minutes of waiting I asked if my order was ready and within 30 seconds my food was delivered to the table, needless to say it was all luke warm/cold. Which tells me it was just sitting back there for a while.I asked for a refund the manager gave me attitude saying 25 minutes is the normalwait time, while another guy who looked like a regional manager or owner, came from the back with a meat thermometer saying he didn't believe me about the food temp, but after checking he agreed it wasn't the right temp.I got my refund and drove over to the south OKC store and ordered the exact meal and was eating within 12 minutes of placing my order.Wing stop Moore failed at every turn today and has cost them any future business from myself.
