The food was not fresh, the chicken had a weird gray pinkish color, the tables were soaked, and the lady up front was talking 90 mph to nothing. Good Lord! No wonder this location is always empty.

Staff at front he is always on it very kind honors request. Food and tea and lemonade great. Happy hour meal is great for feeding family early dinner.

No one was in the drive thru except us. Order was taken and we had to pull around front and wait an additional 10 minutes. Again there was no line. I ordered a 4 piece tender with no coleslaw, extra toast. Order came out with coleslaw so I’m confused how this happened when the order took so long to come out. My boyfriend ordered the wings and things. His food was fine but his sweet tea was spoiled. The peach tea is much better.

Foods okay. The only negative is they asked me to park and they bring me my order but forgot to and I waited for 10 minutes. Had to go inside myself and get it. The staff was apologizing and gave me free cookies. So overall not bad but not good either.

Clean place with great customer service! I'm a big chicken person, and the chicken and fries were cooked great, but suuuuuuuuuuuuuuupppppppeeeeerrrrrr salty. Maybe the cooks were off their game or something, but my arteries were clogging?.

This place has excellent chicken, and lots of it. Atmosphere of a sit down restaurant. Their prices match their portions and quality. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it was so expensive. Worth it if you want good chicken.

The Asian salad was awful. I didn't know that they put sauce directly on it. The salad was so soaked with dressing that lettuce was wilted. Too much sauce. They even drown the chicken. SUGGESTION, PUT THE SALAD PACKS IN AND LET THE CUSTOMERS ADD IT! It was wasted money. If I had known I would have asked not to put the salad dressing on it.

I am a regular customer at Zaxby's and I just love how I can come up to the drive-thru and ask for fresh chicken and fresh cookies and they always make my food fresh and the manager Marcella D.... Has been such a pleasure to work with I love her hospitality and the way she takes my order with no problem she knows exactly who I am and she makes me feel very comfortable here when ordering food fresh to go and cookies fresh to go and also the cheesecake bites she got me interested in trying because I've never tried the cheesecake bike I'm used to the funnel cake but because of her I love the cheesecake bites and I love the fresh cookies that she bakes for me and turns the oven on for me every time that I come around 12 in the afternoon or 8:00 p.m. at night no matter what time if she is here I know that I can get my food and my dessert fresh and I just love her hospitality and her great customer service she's never rude or disrespectful she's fast quick and she has very good hospitality thank you so much for the great customer service that she provides I would definitely be recommended my family and my friends here and I will definitely be back for more great customer service and food....?????
