Zaxby’s in Moore was overall okay, but the service could use improvement. Even though there was no one ahead of us, we waited about 5–8 minutes before being helped. The lady working the drive-thru could have assisted the young woman at the front register, especially since there was no one in the drive-thru at the time. Instead, she didn’t acknowledge us and stood chatting with the cook.
Thankfully, the young lady at the front register was very apologetic and took care of us once she was able. The food itself was good, but I’d love to see more teamwork among the staff here.

I stopped coming to this one because they are stingy on the fries. I paid for extra and they couldn't even fill the box halfway. I mean every single time it's an issue!

$9 for 2 drinks and they fill the drink up with ice and a very small amount of the beverage. The people there have an attitude as if customers are interrupting them when they come to order. Never coming back

The food was not fresh, the chicken had a weird gray pinkish color, the tables were soaked, and the lady up front was talking 90 mph to nothing. Good Lord! No wonder this location is always empty.

Staff at front he is always on it very kind honors request. Food and tea and lemonade great. Happy hour meal is great for feeding family early dinner.

No one was in the drive thru except us. Order was taken and we had to pull around front and wait an additional 10 minutes. Again there was no line. I ordered a 4 piece tender with no coleslaw, extra toast. Order came out with coleslaw so I’m confused how this happened when the order took so long to come out. My boyfriend ordered the wings and things. His food was fine but his sweet tea was spoiled. The peach tea is much better.

Foods okay. The only negative is they asked me to park and they bring me my order but forgot to and I waited for 10 minutes. Had to go inside myself and get it. The staff was apologizing and gave me free cookies. So overall not bad but not good either.

Clean place with great customer service! I'm a big chicken person, and the chicken and fries were cooked great, but suuuuuuuuuuuuuuupppppppeeeeerrrrrr salty. Maybe the cooks were off their game or something, but my arteries were clogging?.

This place has excellent chicken, and lots of it. Atmosphere of a sit down restaurant. Their prices match their portions and quality. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it was so expensive. Worth it if you want good chicken.
