This used to be my favorite place, & I'm sorry to have to call them to task, but this was disappointing. We ordered our regular favorite medium blended frappes, & what we got was bitter with barely any syrup, only partially blended, no whipped cream or drizzle, & undrinkable. Will be driving the extra 10 minutes to Okmulgee from now on.

I did give them a 5 star review before, but the last couple times I've been in they have charged me for a large, but gave me a small. I was offered a free coffee for my next visit, but then I declined because I wasn't 100 percent sure they charged me for the wrong size. Went back last week. I ordered two large same exact ice coffee and they charged me for 2 larges, but then handed me one small and one large. I was watching them make the drinks and the lady used her finger to clean the whipped cream off the rim of my cup and fling the extra off her finger into the trash and then wipe her hand on a rag on the counter. I asked for a different drink because of that and they remade it, but then used the same rag to wipe my cup lol. I like the coffee and they are super nice, but that just kinda made me grossed out.
We stopped here en route to Austin. Super friendly, welcoming staff. Strong coffee. Cute local gifts, plants, soaps, and more. Would 100% come here again the next time I'm passing through. Thanks for making my day ?
