We really love their double cheeseburgers! Never burnt or greasy, done just right! The portion size on the double burgers is really filling for only $2 an extra patty. It’s not a thin wafer like other places, it feels like a burger you’d make at home with a thicker patty & fresh veggies. This place is great for an out of the way dinner in a historic town. Food was good, service was good, atmosphere was ok since there were only 4 people there on a Wed evening. Salt and pepper shakers were sticky, bathroom smelled terrible. Hard to find good help these days is what I felt I experienced.
I sure hope they will stay open! Really excited to have something around here, but fam went Sunday and I guess they ran out of food? Basically no food on the line, don’t offer menu on Sundays and said they weren’t making any more. This was around 1:00-1:30 on a Sunday. They actually locked the door and closed while we had just walked out back to our car and had to unlock it to let my grandma get out lol. I just really hope it stays good and will last!
