There is no manager on the premises. All this is handled online. The onboard process was very easy can. The gentleman was very knowledgeable. Been here for 2 months and haven't had any issues.
I had a great experience with Arborstone storage. The process from start to finish was very easy and they are quick to get back with you. If you are in need of a storage building they also have lots of locations to pick from.

I've been a tenant for a bit. The storage is clean, secure and tidy. The best part is the ladies Shelby and Kelli who helped me with a ton of questions! They both were extremely helpful, kind, patient and all around wonderful! Definitely need more people like them!

Great place, always responsive, and have been a customer for years now (I’m gonna move into a big enough place for all my extra studs someday, I swear), and they’ve been good to me so far.

No one answers the phone so you can make payments. They must be using a phone system from the early 90's because when you try to leave a message it says their inbox is full. We're regularly late on payments because they're never there. Even tried going there in person. Avoid this place.
Horrible, noone answers the phone ever so you cannot pay your bill and will end up losing your stuff because they will not answer calls or voice-mail.

Never give you a bad time you can dig into your storage for hours.
For a small town storage this place has more than what I paid for in Tulsa. Lights inside the units both climate controlled and the 10x30. Neither of the storage places in Tulsa had that. Janey the manger did a great job showing me around. The price is also unbeatable.
