Way too cold w/the AC setting, probably due to no customers, food was decent, but $3 for a tiny, tiny cup of cheese is absolutely ridiculous! No handicap amenities & crappy parking.
Parking: Tiny stalls, rough pavement & access is a pain.

This was a horrible experience. We order and we can barely hear the lady. When we pay we check th e bag and my curly fries weren't in the bag. I did not look at the receipt cause I know what I ordered it's the same order every time. After getting in a argument with the manager she comes from around the counter to talk to me more why I have no clue just to tell me there were no curly fries on the order cause I substituted the fries for potatoes cakes and I told her no I didnt I wanted the potato cakes extra and I told her I wanted to add the potatoes cakes. She was rude I was upset and probably not the best but I ended up leaving with no curly fries. Service was a zero and when we got home fries were cold. My husband's cause I didn't get any. Frustration leave 10. I felt bad the next day but the girl should listened to me I'm very clear and my voice is loud so I got over it just won't go back to that Arby's.
Hadn't been sense the built the new Arby's on 69. Man was it good I'll be back soon.

Service was meh, the sandwich was delicious. But the soda machine in the lobby is dispensing some black specks with the soda. I don't know what it is but I wouldn't have noticed it if it were not for another customer getting a lighter colored soda that saw it. So naturally I checked my root beer and behold, black specks in my soda. I don't know if it's mold or bits of charcoal from the water filter. That should be checked out and fixed.

The manager, Jordan was very, very pleasant very helpful. The cook were efficient and fast. The store was exceptionally clean. I would come back to the store at any given time and I give everybody in the store five star review.
