1st visit had slight issue and suggestions to make experience better. Spoke with manager who stepped up and fixed the issue and was very receptive of suggestions. Food was on point. Looking forward to next visit and hopefully speaking with same manager again. Go visit and enjoy.

We had such a great time here! The vibe was perfect—really cozy and welcoming. The food was delicious, and everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Overall, just an amazing experience. We’re already planning our next visit!

Absolutely disgusted by the experience we had at Bricktown Brewery. The supervisor, Johnny, brought our food out, and my young daughter accidentally spilled her drink. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding or decency, he looked at us and asked if we needed a leash for her. Are you serious?

We were shocked. It was rude, insulting, and completely uncalled for. This is how families get treated here? Mistakes happen — especially with kids — but making a comment like that is beyond disrespectful. We won’t be back.

Do better, Bricktown. Train your staff, and especially your supervisors, to treat customers with basic human decency.

Service is what's bad here. Gone twice when it was basically empty and waited forever for food. Food is OK, but quality isn't fully there.

Carnivore pizza and a side of chips were all good. The bench seat was terrible, felt like I was sitting on a 2x4. The silverware looked dirty and should be wiped down before going to the table.

Really good food, great service, and an overall nice place to dine. I have the opportunity to take my family here after visiting an event in Muskogee. It's a great place, with a busy and lively atmosphere. Not too loud, the great place to still have conversations.

It is not inexpensive, but everything looked great and my entree was delicious. The fried cheese curds make an excellent centerpiece for everyone to pick at.
