Went on Sunday, Aug 10th around 5pm. Parking lot was dead, so I thought we'd be in and out. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my friend ordered a burger. Food took forever to get out and when it did, the sandwich was scorching hot (Good) and the fries were lukewarm (Bad). Food was good, cooks just need to work on timing all ingredients on plate and service needs to speed up during slow times.

Food was great came out quickly and the server was great she made sure there was another drink on the table before mine was empty.
Later that day I go to add the receipt for my rewards and someone there is adding the points to their profile. Points have already been rewarded and it wasn’t me that claimed them. The waitress didn’t enter my phone number either, because I never gave it to her. The first time I thought it was just a glitch. This time it actually says the points have already been claimed as you can see in the picture.

First time here, and we had a nice experience. The waitress was very friendly and food was hot and fresh. We absolutely loved the onion rings! Our family of 4 purchased 4 meals, 4 drinks, and an appetizer. We spent $120 total. ($97 food and $23 tip) It was a little pricey in my opinion, but a nicer place to eat in Muskogee.

June 20th, 2025. Sat at the SE corner booth.
I used to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings back home years ago. The portions were perfect. Now it's embarrassing. How do you justify this (see pic) costing $12.49??
These strips used to be 4 times this size.
The food tastes just like I remember. Still good.
Now the worst part... service. 🤦
I read most of these reviews and was skeptical about this establishments rating. Most of the recent negative reviews are all service related and not food quality.
We were seated and placed our drink order. Everything was going well, until we ordered our food.
There were only 2 of us and we both got the same thing. Our waitress struggled to comprehend 5 naked tenders with sauce on the side. My girlfriend ordered a side salad with ranch too.
I don't eat fries so I asked to sub for celery and carrots.
The salad came out dry without ranch and then I realized we didn't have silverware.
Luckily she fixed that pretty fast. The naked tenders came out and they brought me frickin frys! No celery and carrots.
Then I noticed how pathetic the naked tenders were. I could never charge over $12 for this amount of food. I did take one bite before I took this picture, but it doesn't matter.
This is my last visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a good run and I have lots of good memories with friends and coworkers drinking and eating.

Management couldn’t care less. But hey that matches Muskogee. It’s not the restaurant it’s the towns people that run it. Bathroom have smelt like sewage for years!
Had to come back to Buffalo Wild Wings in Muskogee did not receive any Ranch or blue cheese dressing. Half the wings had no sauce the other half had barely any sauce. Came back to get that fixed and all they did was Squirt sauce on them and handed them back to me. I told the lady at the counter do you want to eat cold wings no you don't, I had to drive all the way home and drive all the way back here. And she said do you want us to remake them I said yes please would you want to eat cold wings she said no then I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out and asked what the problem was I told her the same thing and she didn't really seem to really care. So when she brought out my wings she said here you go sir they're hot and fresh. Usually you know a store tries to compensate you for your time because they didn't get it right I am the customer so it will be quite a while before I go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Muskogee I have had a better experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Broken Arrow. So maybe you need to get rid of your manager at this store because she doesn't really seem to manage.

They have and advertise Touch Tunes, you queue songs and then they turn up the volume on an Emit Smith documentary. Wasting my money is not what I’m I. The business of doing. This has to be a manual process. This is on a Friday evening. If you don’t want to allow people to queue music, then shut down the option.

Ultimate nachos with chicken was delicious and easily fed 4 people as an appetizer. Buffalo chicken wrap was super spicy.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be said.
I went with my wife a few days ago. When I walked in to place a takeout order, I approached the front to ask if I could do that there. The hostess, Emily, didn’t say a single word. Instead, she just pointed in the direction I needed to go, without any kind of greeting or explanation. It wasn’t just silent, it was rude and dismissive.
As I walked over to the counter, Emily slowly followed behind me, dragging her feet like she couldn’t care less. When she finally got there, she asked for my name. I told her, and she looked at me with this irritated, almost disgusted expression, then looked back down and typed it in. The entire time we interacted, she looked annoyed and gave me dirty looks, there was zero effort to be respectful or polite.
I was holding out a $20 bill clearly in her line of sight, but she still asked me twice if I was paying with cash. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it just felt like she wasn’t paying attention at all or just didn’t care. When I handed her the cash, she put it in the register, then weirdly reached back for the same bill, looked at me with another dirty look, and then pulled out her phone to do simple math to figure out my change. The total was $14 and some change, anyone working a register should be able to handle that without needing a calculator.
I sat down to wait, and every time I looked up, she was staring at me with that same irritated expression. It made the whole wait uncomfortable. I’ve worked in food service myself, so I get that people have bad days. But the way she treated me wasn’t just a little off, it was flat-out disrespectful and unnecessary.
The only reason I’m giving any credit is because the food came out super-fast and it was really good. Also, the young lady who brought out my order was the complete opposite, friendly, smiling, and actually seemed happy to be doing her job. She deserves recognition for that.
If I come back, it’ll be for the food, not the service at the front. Hopefully, management takes a look at how their staff are treating people who walk through the door.

Everything i order from here, it's wrong. Either the sauces are wrong, sauces on the side are on a different part of the order, missing products. This last time, they put the sauces that were supposed to be on the side on the wings, forgot the sauces completely for the chicken strips, didn't close the ranches and threw 4 of the different types of wings in one box not divided.
