DELIVERY SUCKS! Ordered very simple meal for one. Didn’t get ranch for my wings, my drink at all, nor any napkins or cutler as requested. This on top of my dasher having to wait an extended amount of time for the order. I messaged dasher items were missing she apologized saying BWW said everything was in there and she can’t open the bag to check. What’s the point of this sticker that’s obviously blank where it says “This was order was checked by __________” being on my bag, obviously not used, and that’s exactly why my order was wrong! Terrible.

OHMYGOODNESS, the food was fantastic! I really enjoyed my experience from start to finish. I was a bit hesistant due to a past experience at an out of state location but this Buffalo Wild Wings totally made up for it and then some. The plating was esthetically pleasing and I did my happy dance once within the first bite. Would definitely recommend the Southern Chicken Sandwich to anyone along with the potato wedges. 😁

Can't even make an order online for pickup, and when I call it in they tell me what I want to order is only available online as it's a promo... Then why the heck can I not order through the app or website??? It will not process my card and I have tried to use 2, I order through Doordash or GrubHub and I never have this issue, SHAME ON BWW for not fixing their online order service/app when people want to just get some dang food, now I see why this location is going downhill, no body cares it seems, heh Typical.

Overall, the best! 💯 They took care of my girls and I, and could understand what I needed even though I could barely speak due to my pharyngitis. They made sure we had everything we needed, offered excellent service while also taking care of the rest of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names but regardless I would like to thank them for all they did today!

Waited a few minutes to be seated. Seemed like no one was running the front. Finally got a booth and waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order and order some food but no one even acknowledged us. So we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The couple that was seated before us also got up and left.

A zero is what I want to rate service, but that isn’t available. My family made a 2 hour trip one way for my grandson’s birthday to only be left standing for over a half hour and then be told” it would be a 2 hour wait. Totally ignoring them and leaving them standing. They had 4 children ranging 3 to 11, and ask if they could just be seated. The restaurant was definitely not packed and they were taking and putting take out orders, as far as I could see, in front of people waiting to be seated. Every time I’ve gone there the service is terrible so I personally don’t grace their doors. What a shame that this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings somewhat near us. I called and spoke to a so called manager, Denise, to no avail. You can always tell when you aren’t talking to the owner who pays the bills because these workers could have cared less that my family ended up leaving with a very disappointed little boy. No attempt at all to say we are sorry or anything. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you order pickup, Uber Eats or Door Dash they will consistently get the order wrong or leave items out completely without attempting to resolve the issue. Buyer beware.
Once upon a time, this was THE place to eat in Muskogee. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was great. Slowly over time though, especially as more competition moved into town, we noticed the quality of food go down (particularly when BWW got bought out by some other company), service got worse as the better servers switched to the nicer restaurants moving in to town, and sometimes the atmosphere is fine, but half the time we go in and they have the music just insanely too loud where you can't have any sort of conversation.

First time eating at buffalo wild wings went with their burger options for the whole family and it did not disappoint i recomend their new patty melt cheese curds and their black cherry limeade non alchohol drink all were top notch.

Going to this BWW is like going to the DMV. We waited almost an hour for our food. Our server was nice enough but no one had a sense of urgency or priority, for example, wiping down shelves while people are waiting to be seated, walking painfully slow or two servers walking together to deliver two drinks to one table. Our drinks weren't refilled and we had to do it ourselves. Something isn't right with the management here.
