Food is good but the service is bad you will sit forever in the drive thru. There was a time I sat at the order thing for almost ten minutes and they still never took my order, I had to drive to the window to see if they knew the line was backed up and the cars that were in front of me all left so there was no reason why they couldn't take my order so I told them I was waiting and they said just a min and left the window I drove off my lunch was almost over by then. Even going in they are so slow.

This review is for the manager and or supervisor. Look we all know what to expect from a main chain fast food restaurant. This review isn't about the food - the food was acceptable. However the quality of service / customer care from this burger king is absolutely hands down the worse I have ever seen... i understand some people are not happy Doing what they do. I understand that some people hate their jobs. I understand that some people are doing what they have to do.... but it's doing these things with a smile on your face and he a positive attitude that it brings out the greatness and the promotions in life. A smile on your face even when you hate the situation your in will go further for you and open more doors then any education 😊.... A smile is a invite to a conversation and conversation leads to the possibility of opportunities... 5 years ago I was a powder booth technician making 14$ an hour. Today I make 33$ an hour - I assure you I have no special qualifications / I got nothing special going on other then my mind set and how I represent why employer / brand. It doesn't matter what you do - do it with a smile and a positive attitude and the opportunities will eventually present themselves... I dont get hung up on stupied things when dealing with the restaurant industry.
(oh they brought me 3 forks when it is only me setting at the table) I just assume that the waiter / waitress thinks I'm good looking enough not to be alone - like maybe they think taylor shift is with me and is currently in the bathroom and nicolas cage is on his way to meet up... I overlook the small mistakes and call people out for their bs.... Do they have clean restrooms - is the eating areas clean and properly maintained... is the customer service friendly and inviting... stuff like that..... I try to find something positive to say in all my reviews but there is none to be given here.... myself and 2 others in my party walked into this restaurant and let me assure you we stood around several several several mins with no kind of greeting or acknowledgment... Plenty of staff walked by. Plenty of stuff made eye contact with us - they knew we were there.... but not one gave a signal moment of there time - not a word was spoke... not a smile... nothing... I dont expect to be first in line but i dont expect to be acknowledged. after these several several several minutes passed i pulled out my phone and proceeded to run a timer... it took 8 minutes before someone finally walked up to take our order... we did not get a apology for the wait.... we did not get a thank you for coming...A welcome to burger king.... What we got was a simple - what can I get you....It took a bit to get the food but not terrible... this wasn't during a rush hour and there wasn't a high customer count at the time.... I factored in everything I could to try and make this treatment acceptable and I have failed to do... this location gets an F and i don't care how good the food was. It cannot compensate for the lack of customer service and sorry state of the atmosphere...
Everyone looked like they were doing something ( at a semi steady pace ) the weed smell was semi strong - which I believe should be not present at all... again, plenty of people walked by on their way out to the restrooms / across and around the counters. Plenty of opportunity for somebody to recognize us.
But no attempt was made... customer service is the number one factor that puts going out of business signs in windows. No one is going to invest in you, and no one is going to see the potential in you with this kind of treatment. When everyone else holds their head down and walks around with a look of defeat.... Smile - that's how you stand out.

I was there approximately lunch time walked into the restaurant certificate counter waited 5 minutes nobody acknowledged me finally I asked someone if they could take my order they took my order I ordered the Whopper meal medium sized I got my order my fries were totally undercooked she gave me some more they were still undercooked my burger was cold there used to be a manager named Sharon there I do not know the circumstances why she is not there anymore but the management there totally sucks and the service I will not recommend this Burger King to anyone

This burger king has a lady working there named Courtney and her customer service is top notch. She's quick and kind and I enjoyed visiting with her. Y'all need more people like her

Went here with my dad and he didn't get the right sandwich he asked for. My sandwich had onions when I asked for none. I've been here about 4 times and they get it so wrong everytime. Not coming back till this place gets an update.
Long wait, Wrong food, Cleanliness is awful. Outdated. Atmosphere is dreary.

The girl who took my order was pleasantly polite. I made my order in the drive thru. It only took about 10 minutes until I left. The fries were good. I did not check the burgers until I got home and as you can see the bread was not toasted.
I waited 15 minutes at window for an online order that was supposed to be ready, and I was the only customer there. They forgot one of my whoppers and didn’t add the cheese I paid for or any ketchup to the other whopper. The food was cold and workers not polite when I told them I was missing a whopper and showed my app receipt. She took my bag of food back inside the window and added the missing whopper. I was scared they would spit in it because i told her about the missing whopper.
