June 28 2024 at 1:40pm I had stop in for gas i told them what pump i was on and that I wanted $15 on that pump the young lady at the counter charge my card, then she push a button on her screen and Cancel my gas but still charge my card I called my bank and they said there is no depending deposits, this gas station literally took the last of my money to get to work on, tell my next pay day, I can’t even explain my frustration towards this gas station I tried to talk to the manager and she could care less worse customer service I’ve seen from a gas station I will be contacting corporate today because this is not okay, times are rough these days When it comes to expenses, these young workers don’t care, all they want is a paycheck please considered this review before stopping at the gas stations I will no longer use this gas station I’ll pay somewhere else for now on

This is a gas station/ convince store tha makes pizza not a restaurant. I apologize for my review I was trying to change the direction of the questions that were asked during my review of Casey's. The way the questions were it makes it appear to be a restaurant and not the awesome and convenient store they are. FYI they have the flex fuel also the only place I know of.

I love this Casey’s! It’s by my house so I’m in there very often for everything! I almost always get my gas the there and of course drinks and snacks all the time and the cashiers are always so kind and the guy that’s been working in the food area when I’ve been in there is really good and I personally met the new manager recently and he’s really great, personally introduced himself, very impressed?! The store has been nice and clean with such a friendly atmosphere! I’ve never left a review for this store in all the years I’ve been going in there from the time it was kum n go till now but I’ve just really been impressed by the new store with the new manager and cashiers/workers! Y’all are doing a great job! Way to go Casey’s!?? ??

20230702T2007 - I stopped at Casey's to get something to drink and a carton of cigarettes. When I went to the counter the young man had so much hair in his face from his head I don't know how he saw anything. When I noticed is he saw his phone a whole lot during the whole transaction. I had to wait for him at least twice to do something and he was just staring at his phone the whole time. I had to ask for a bag since he aw the transaction was complete and said "You're good" and went back to his phone. Normally my experiences with Casey's employees are always great. I think this young man could do with some customer interaction training. Or is Casey's having trouble finding employees?Unknown date - I went to use the ATM. I always check for loose parts to avoid being scammed. I pulled on top of the ATM and the whole thing opened up. I had access to everything. I told the woman working at the counter and she told me they have nothing to do with the ATM. Be aware, do not use the ATM at the Casey's on Hancock and York. It is not secure.

They had the Unleaded pumps shut off, and there was a foul smell of cigarettes in the restroom. at least the store was decent though.

All our Muskogee Caseys now have kitchens! Their pizzas are great as well as their wraps YUMMY!!
They're over priced . They're dirty and they're store brand of products are not fit to eat. Where's a good old Kum N Go when you need a good convenient store?

E85 gas is recommended for my jeep, and they have it. The team members in the store are nice. Love getting my coffee there. They have it set up for hot or on ice. Clean, too!

The gas pumps are constantly messed up. Ever since the E85 gas that our cars use went down in price they have had the pumps covered. They are the only station in town that sells e85 (because kum & go did). It cost me $20 a tank more because of this. They took out Redbox, put in a atm that costs to use and your bank charges. The food is awful and made me sick. Snacks are ridiculously high. If e85 is gone we will go elsewhere for our fuel needs. I would do fewer stars if possible
