Bad experience from the beginning. Order taker was out of uniform and not chipper like most experiences I have had. The boy at the window was nice but still seemed frustrated that the chicken the only thing they serve there was not ready. It then took about 10-12 minutes for my order to be ready after waiting in the car line for 5-7 minutes. My sandwich was soggy and fries tasted old. Do better. Or shut the store down.
We did a mobile order/drive thru. Soo easy and fast s we could get on the road.

. The main thing I appreciate about Chick-fil-A is the consistency between locations which I know is an obvious goal for them . The service is always friendly if not quick and the food has always been good

Passing 11:00 am through Muskugee, Oklahoma and tried Chick-fil-A and was very disappointed. All the sauces were not in the bag; the cookies were from the previous day. Hard as a rock! Below the standards I'm used to from this establishment. Dont ruine the brand.
