Only thing Express about this place is in the name. 6 people in the kitchen, one moving at the speed of a snail, the rest just standing around. 20 minutes in drive thru with one person in line is ridiculous

SO to preface my fuse is already a little short with this location...or a lot because of literally every order being wrong every time I have gone there....but tonight was the final straw and I will not be giving them my business any longer! While I was waiting for my order one of the glass heating bulbs shattered in it's socket. This would have been all fine and good if they had removed and discarded all the food sitting on the heating tray but they didn't and were even hesitant to remove the catfish immediately beneath the bulb. Bare in mind the glass did not just go straight down but ejected out in all directions. The gal pulling my order proceeded to go ahead and continue pulling chicken from the contaminated holder and placing in the box for my order when I said "Nope no, why don't you go ahead and cancel my order and give me a refund ( I payed cash) To which the register operator flat out said no and instead said it was their policy to not give refunds but give a gift card. Mind you there is no signage anywhere indicating this policy in the store. Needless to say I was livid and while I did raise my voice I was beyond frustrated. Finally the clerk decided to call his supervisor and the supervisor okayed the cash refund. Patron be ware this place is the worst. I will not be returning there.

During off peak hours CHECK THE FRESHNESS OF YOUR FOOD! I arrived around 2:30 and ordered my usual and the fish was petrified! Obviously it was either cooked earlier that day for lunch or it's set under the heat lamp to where it was a petrified fish fillet. Customer service was great but the food was not. I called the district manager he said he'll check into it. Don't bother calling up to the restaurant cuz I always take the phone off the hook. That's how concerned they are, or they get so many complaints they just leave it off the hook.
