Glasses are dirty and grimey with food stuck to them and floaters in the beverages. Literally scratching the inside of a glass would come away with grime. Silverware was unclean. A simple rum and coke took 20 minutes to get to the table. The chips were cold. When entrees were ready, they came disorganized. No seasonings on the tables, and one small pile of napkins. The servers did the best they could with what they had, but they didn't have much. Wayyyyy too expensive for being so gross. Will NOT be coming back to this location.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a long time and couldn’t remember why until I went back, on 03/12/2025. Took my wife and grand children out to eat at Chili’s (Olive Garden was having electrical problems). Ordered appetizer and meal. Appetizer came out and less than 5 minutes later here comes my meal. Too soon. The kids had kids menu one of them ordered Grilled chicken bites (sliders) with fries the other tenders. Wife had Quesadillas, I had The Ultimate Cajun Pasta. They brought the kid grilled chicken nuggets instead of chicken bites. The pasta for me looked as if it came from a TV dinner box and IT WAS COLD!! The waitress corrected kids meal and brought me another pasta I had it to go. The kid halfway finished his sliders looked at me and PAW PAW THIS IS COLD. I took that sandwich from him and sure enough the rest of the sandwich was cold water cold!! Gave it to waitress so she could feel that mess. I didn’t pitch a fit but then realized why I hadn’t been there in while. I had the same experience last time. Waitress apologized took kids meal off the ticket. Manager (I assume) came out apologized. Said hope it discourage us from coming back. Didn’t want to tip, heck should not have paid for the meal. Waitress was Taylor she was nice, not her fault. Tipped her. I wish the manager would have been that Henry dude I read about. Did I enjoy my meal? Will you feel out the survey? Will I be back? Will I recommend? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Where was Ice Cube? Today was not a good day….

I ordered TOGO last night, Sarah was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. I haven’t eaten there in a while so I was unsure of the name for the CHIPOTLE BOWL. But she helped me out. The only problem was that the food tastes different, the chipotle bowl wasn’t as spicy as it was 5 years ago.

I recently had an amazing experience at Chili’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Henry. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he runs a fantastic team. The service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and attentive—all thanks to Henry’s leadership.
Not only did he check in on tables personally, but he also made sure every guest felt welcome and valued. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set this location apart. The food was great, the atmosphere was inviting, and the overall experience was top-notch.
If you’re looking for a place with excellent service and a manager who genuinely cares, this Chili’s is the spot. Kudos to Henry and the team—keep up the great work!

Just had a horrible experience here on February 8th 2025. We waited about 15 minutes for a table. Didn’t mind the wait at all they were clearly very busy we joined the waitlist. We waited inside the building in front of the host the entire time. The male host was asking people their names to get them off the list and seated even asked me if my name was a few different names so when I got a message saying my table was ready i assumed like everyone else they would call my name or ask me if that was my name instead we were ignored and 3 girls who checked in multiple minutes after us were helped into a booth me my husband and 2 small children could have fit into. When we confronted the host and asked why we hadn’t been seated she told me in “ you didn’t come up to the counter and let us know you were here” after we had stood in front of them the entire time. I come to chilis on multiple occasions it’s my favorite place but that service was unprofessional scrambled and ridiculous we had to wait that long just for them to look right over us and not even get seated anyways told we would have to wait longer.
