I ordered some crab rangoon. I might as well order fried wontons. There wasn't any filling in it. They were just chips. I was so pissed.

I Love this places wontons, I order them a lot. well I got home with my order and there was zero cream cheese in them they looked like burnt tortilla chips they were not edible . Not sure what happened this had never happed before . So I called them and told them. they apologized and said come back we’ll get different ones made . When I get there to pick them up they tell me a new total. and I say “no I’ve already paid for them I’m here to pick up the new batch” and I handed them the bad batch then they say “no you keep those, here new total” and made me pay for their mess up and refused to give them to me without paying a second time . so I paid for 2 orders and had to drive back there while only actually getting 1 edible order of wontons

Ordered cream cheese wontons and they had no cheese in them at all just fried wonton paper. I called the store and they said I could come back and get new ones. Get it the store and they started making them told me I had to ask for extra cheese (the ones I ordered had no cheese at all, didn’t think I had to ask for cream cheese in the cream cheese wonton) then told me I had to pay for the extra cheese in the new wontons. Terrible service. Food is not even good and service is 0/10.

The service is horrible, when someone calls in an order and you tell them a time get it done. You don't send it back when they get there this has happened multiple times. Worst service in Muskogee McDonald's has better customer service than Chows as far as I concerned they are permanently closed. Bring back Magic wok and Dumpling house way better food.

The eggrolls look handmade and not the tiny ones you get at other places. Highly recommend 2 eggrolls and the noodles

I ate inside the restaurant service was ok. The combo lo mein was bland and the egg roll was cold and then 4 hours later was rushing to the bathroom. I was not happy. I will never eat from this place again it was not good. One star for sure

Chows is always on point. Everything I've tried has been amazing ? For the ones that say different your just a hater.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Food was not good. Wish we would have gone somewhere else. If we don't end up with food poisoning it'll be a miracle. 8 people got 8 different meals and no one liked it. To the point we didnt even finish. The ragoon wontons were a joke. Pea sized amount of filling and fried to hell. Wish we would have read the recent reviews instead of just the stars rating.

My wife wanted this place but I did not and here's why. They always don't give you what you want or mess up what you ordered and I told my wife I want every sauce but sweet and sour and teriyaki because of to much sugar in the sweet and sour and to much sodium in the teriyaki. I told her I don't want Chows cause they suck and China King is sooooo much better and the food is fresh, the give you what you asked for. Just all around a much better restaurant than Chows hands down!!!! So, she calls me and says they don't serve a few things anymore, what a surprise!!! Last time I asked for certain sauces and the lady to my wife she put them in there when my wife inquired, she did not so she lied, and lying to me is one of my most BIGGEST issue's with people for you lie to me once, you'll lie again. People say they're sorry please give me another chance? Nope, you get ONE chance and you wasted it so, no, no chances and that's how this place is. So, the next time my wife wants Chinese and suggest this place I'm going to tell her count me out, and actually I said that this time cause I KNEW BETTER, but there won't be a next time because if it isn't China King, then I won't WASTE MY MONEY on this place when I have given them chance after chance after chance. So, it's up to whomever reads this what you do, but as for me, well you already know and I would have rated them NEGATIVE 10 stars if that was an option
