We had a to go order and asked specifically for bread. Got no bread. We called…they said we could get “free” bread next time. 🫣 it’s always free ma’am !! Another evening we Ordered pizza, which took forever. Not much flavor. Stale, hard bread. One waiter…while waiting tables and obviously on the clock, literally had a glass of wine with his own meal! We used to love Gino’s, but sadly we won’t be back. Food has gone way downhill. We love supporting local business, but not when they don’t care about the customers.

ALOT BETTER THAN OLIVE GARDEN!!..GREAT WEEKDAY LUNCH SPECIALS BEFORE 3.PM.. AND (WEDNESDAY 8 DOLLOR FULL SIZE PIZZA SPECIALS)!!..A little bit of a language barrier with some servers or kitchen??..have had a few different times..Not what I pointed out to server..situations....when there has been a language barrier.at any restaurant...I always point it out..to waitress....but still came out Not what I ordered..is it cook or server??.or both??.but otherwise Great Food!..even if it wasn't what I ordered...get that problem figured out ..and it will 5 plus stars...

This place has really gone down hill. It seems like everytime I go there my server is working their first day on the job. They must be having a hard time keeping people, probably because the manager Caroline is very rude.

I'm sorry to say the food was gawd awful. Bread was under cooked. Chicken fettuccine pizza had no sauce on it with had an over whelming amount of cheese🤮. Sampler had more cheese than anything. Everything had a ton of cheese, too much melted cheese. And we were told the only time to get salad with your meal is for lunch. No salad with dinner! We won't go back.

My daughter and my mother and I went here for dinner this last Sunday. It was awful. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza and there was so much cheese on it. It made it taste disgusting no sauce and the chicken was pre-cooked and frozen. My daughter got some kind of chicken meal. She didn’t even eat it because it was so gross. I would not recommend we paid $70 for mail but none of us ate. The dogs wouldn’t even eat iit, do NOT recommend!!!

Passing through town, googled food and thought it has good reviews let me give it a try. Was actually excited about the chicken arabbiata and the garlic knots were also a rave on reviews. So I will say I had to order 30 minutes before closing which may have led to my bad experience. Hostess was friendly but inattentive, she was counting receipts when I came in for my take-out and went back to counting while my card was still in her machine I had to ask for it back. To the food…she handed my two bags one was already drenched in red watery juice, it was puddling in the corner of the bag ready to spill. I pointed it out and she asked if I wanted her to take it back; they were about to close so I figured my best bet was to deal with it and hope the food was ok. Long story short all of the water that was in the bag would have had my pasta swimming in flavorless soup. The chicken was SO dry and stringy, WAY overcooked. The only flavor in the pasta was spicy which I appreciated but what happened to salt? The pasta was so overdone, double the size of regular spaghetti which makes sense for the pool of liquid it was swimming in. Garlic knots were large, doughy but just ok. The limoncello cake was actually pretty good. Overall not good Muskogee. Check out the pic, not exaggerating.

if you enjoy this food, you have never tasted food before. my $15 pasta dish tasted like olive oil, pasta water, and sadness (dont get the basil pesto). if you ate the $15, youd get more flavor. we should have known when we walked in and saw mostly old people, whos taste buds are probably eroded. my family got a variety of food, none of which was even remotely good. i dont expect a lot out of oklahoma, but ginos had to have gone out of their way to make my experience terrible. not to mention, they put a pound of mushrooms on my dish—NO sane person likes mushrooms that much. dont get me started on the service. servers are never present (despite the restaurant not being busy), are ill-informed of standard server and restaurant procedures, and just seem uninterested. id rather wedge a fork underneath my toenail and kick a wall. thanks, i hate it!
