General manager is, TERRIBLE NASTY AND RUDE and should not be in the food service industry.. never been so disrespected in my life.. just don't complain about anything no matter how bad it is..

Went there tonight there was one other table, service was slow ordered bruschetta, it was stale bread with unseasoned tomatoes with sprinkle parm, not fresh, told our server it was bad she took it back no problem, ordered our food, misread menu, it was my bad, but I asked for no shrimp in the dish, and it came out with shrimp, server took it back and just took shrimp off plate, didn't add extra chicken instead, chicken was cold, ordered a side of pasta with olive oil it came out dry yet drenched in oil at the same time, asked if salads came with the meal, server said yes then charged us for them when we questioned with the manager she got very defensive and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before she called the server to scold her, called me a liar and was more worried about me calling my cold dish by the correct name, insisted she couldn't understand anything other than I called the dish by the wrong name, she then tried to jerk the check literally from my hands as she proceeds to tell the cashier I won't be paying I need my money more than she does..I was going to pay for the meal I was just letting her know about the poor quality of the food we got it was not good the salad we got was mixed greens shoved into such a small bowl it couldn't even be mixed to eat without making a mess.. she was very unprofessional and disgusting if she's the actual manager or owner that place is in trouble, Gino would be disgusted with that behavior running under his image...

IDK what happened was there on Valentine's Day the food was horrible was there a year prior and it was amazing me and my gf keep a list of places that we will not return too and they made the list

It was barely decent. The food seemed like it was basic and came prepared or something a notch above a tv dinner. Wasn't impressed.
I like this restaurant. I recommend the Chicken Sicily. The staff is amazing and welcome you like family. The atmosphere is fun and the experience is enjoyable. 5 stars.

Have been through Muskogee many times going between TX and Minnesota. Left MN late and wound up staying here. Found Gino’s just searching restaurants close to our hotel…. Great find! It’s not “fast” service, they don’t just reheat prepared food. Their bread is amazing, found a great red wine blend, Red Dog, hubs had pizza & I had Eggplant Parmigiana, all delicious and worth the wait. The owner is on site, friendly & helpful. My only regret, to full to try the Tiramisu.
