The server needs to be retrained or properly trained! I understand they were busy, but to let ALL the food (including appetizers) sit under a heat lamp, to be inattentive, and almost clueless to the patrons in your area is unacceptable! She never came by while we were waiting on the food to make sure our drinks needed attention, we had to flag her down to get our drinks changed due to the syrupy nature of them. I was throughly disappointed! The food was warm at best and mediocre. I don’t recommend if it’s busy. Maybe if it wasn’t as busy, it would have been fine but being a waitress myself, I was highly disappointed and annoyed at the lack of attention we and other guests in this waitress’ area received!
