Food was not hot at all, barley even warm. Also, there are no paper towels in the restroom. They had a roll of toilet paper on the sink to dry your hands with.

This IHOP has gone extremely down hill. The food quality is notably under the average IHOP. The restroom is a gross and unclean. I was a regular that would do homework in a corner both. One recent visit I was charged for refills on a drink that although not a free refill was a drink I had had dozens times before with no charge. The waitress made no effort to warn me and charge me $20 for a drink. On another vist they refused to clean a table and let me use it. This particular table is the only one with a outlet (important for homework). I have always been nice and tried to be easy to serve, but recently this location is not interested in my business. You are better off making coffee at home and getting a breakfast sandwich at QT (at least QT's restroom will not make you vomit).

Diego is always our waiter and gives fast and friendly service.
Inedible, split a burger with my best friend, we took two bites and spit the second one out. It was awful. Nice waiter. Good service. Terrible food. Overpriced. $23.00 for one burger two drinks. Total fail. Waste of money. Waiter was a cutie pie. Other than the staff the food is not worth it. Gross.

Don't order the big breakfast burrito to go. It's absolutely too much work for them to put salsa in a bag with it or cut it in half.
