They gave us someone else's food last week , then my husband called them to let them know there was a mix up , the employee told him could come back and get it. We didn't want to that night, but told gentlemen that would come by in a few days. He said it was fine, but 4 days later when we came by, there was no record of this mistake. Very disappointed.

So after walking into KFC was greeted by two customers who was very dissatisfied they had been waiting for 45 minutes and one had been waiting for an hour and their orders still wasn't right and as far as me I have had to wait 30 minutes already for a 8-piece nugget meal and their excuse was to me is they had somebody walk out

What can I say about KFC that people don't know. Fried, hot, delicious chicken. This location was nice and the staff here were very accommodating with our larger order. Sides are always a hit and the biscuits are tasty too.

The chicken was burnt to a crisp and there was hardly any meat on it and it tasted like was cooked with really old grease. Wish I could get my money back
Last time I ordered a meal recently I went into the front desk to order & it genuinly smelled kinda bad in the place... So I might recommend avoiding them until the staff does a nice deep clean because you have no idea if that smell could be bacteria infecting your food. Honestly though the food I ate was very delicious even after the issues I noticed (more importantly) smelled.

This was all trash! The food wasn’t what I ordered the people seemed sketchy ast and I didn’t even get a good amount of sauces and my wife found an undercooked piece of chicken. I’m not coming back here till they close it down.

Dining area was full of people waiting to place an order. Nobody at the register. All employees working were doing the driveup 1st, and it was backed up. We got 4 chicken pot pies and took them home. The pies had low content of food in them. Mostly potatoes. And also had chicken bones in them! I've always gotten these but I won't again. Poor service. Poor food. Done. If i could five -0- stars i would.

Close to my job, so I am a frequent customer. 2nd time in a week limited soda choices, today no tea made either. Takes ten mins in drive through line with No one ahead of me. Drive through says here and hands bag to me. No thank you, and not a happy worker at the window. With service like this, no matter how food is. I will take my business elsewhere for awhile.

Missing gravy with the massed potatoes and gravy. Chicken was only drums and thighs. No breast or wings
Went through the drive-thru at 6:24 p.m. on November 22nd 2024 two five piece tender combos one combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw the other had mashed potatoes gravy and macaroni and cheese also ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, got to the window was handed to two boxes and that were bigger than usual so I went around checked my order and I'd received a four piece bone-in chicken combo so I took the order back into the building the lady at the front counter looked at the woman in the Drive-Thru who is not wearing a uniform and said there it is and they turned around and gave the food that they handed me through drive-thru that I took back in the building to another lady standing at the front counter. The lady at the front counter asked me if I touch the food I told her I had to open the boxes to see what was in the boxes and they still told her it was okay to go ahead and take the food. Proceeded to give me my order where I am still missing the two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. The food safety in this restaurant is beyond terrible. I work in the restaurant industry and you are going to make somebody Sick by handing out food that you've already handed to somebody else your team already does not wear gloves when handling food So to give someone an order that has been handed out to the wrong person and brought back in is ridiculous.

The app said my order was ready, I get to the restaurant and only the drinks were ready to go. The person I talked with was quite rude. It took them half an hour to get the food out, when I got home, found that half of the order was wrong. May have just been a bad night as this location hasn't given me issues previously.
