I ordered some chicken online and I was going to order some sides with it but I accidentally hit check out instead of the order. When I got to the store the assistant manager told me too bad an that I couldn't order anything else because I didn't do it online.

Not only were they shortstaffed, but they also were out of all white meat. The manager on duty at the time was the third most disrespectful manager I have ever encountered the food that I didn’t get was so old and crusty that I had to pull through the drive-through because they locked the doors for the lobby Immediately after me and the other customers who he was also rude to left the store. I am a diabetic so I forced myself to eat the crusty hard turned into chicken jerky, chicken tenders. when I told him the only thing I ate was the three chicken jerky tenders. I wanted my money back for the rest went to the cash register just punched some stuff and then threw the money at me to shove the money right at me like here with still with a whole attitude. This was like the third worst restaurant experience in my life is horrible. I wasn’t even willing to eat the coleslaw cause I was afraid I was gonna be spoiled too.

Stood there for at least 10 or 15 minutes without any acknowledgement. When finally they they did come to help I said thanks for the acknowledgement. Got my mobile order and left. Got home and they had forgot my extra gravy. I called and was told to come get it. I get there and again the staff seen me standing at the counter no acknowledgement. Then who i assume was the manager walked over and tossed my gravy at me. I asked if they had any fresh biscuits because the one I received were like hockey pucks. I told the very angry manager id pay for them.And who again I assume was the manager refused to answer if he was a manger had SUPPER aggressive attitude. I asked what his problem was and he started I was the problem. He asked the guy who gave me my original order if I was the lady that caused him problems he started yes. At this time I started getting really angry because of his attitude and he's still refusing to answer if he was a manger. Unfortunately at this point we're arguing he stating they are short handed. I told him I understand that but of 5 people not a single person could say someone will be with you in a moment. Then the im not sure he's a manager started obviously you don't and get out of his store. I was so freaking angry I called him a not very nice name and I shouldn't have done it but left his store. I'm a new resident in Muskogee and I'll never go to kfc every again.

Went in at noon and the place was filthy. Not swept, trash everywhere, benches not maintained, drink station sticky. Waited over 5 minutes at the counter to be helped by a rude employee. Then she kept trying to rush the order, is that is? Is that it? We only ordered 2 $7 meals wasnt like it was 15 items. Not friendly at all. Then they got the order wrong and didn't give us the taters and gravy that comes with the meal. I got 5 very small pieces of chicken maybe the size of a quarter with my potatoes bowl. Watched 2 other people go back up for incorrect orders while we were there. Staff didn't address customers just walked right by them waiting at the counter. Could have said just a minute someone will be right with you. Or can I help you with something? NOPE. This location needs help!

Bought a 16 piece meal they said it would be mixed no problem but looking forward to the biscuits and get dough balls that they didn't even let rise could use as a pool table ball
They gave us someone else's food last week , then my husband called them to let them know there was a mix up , the employee told him could come back and get it. We didn't want to that night, but told gentlemen that would come by in a few days. He said it was fine, but 4 days later when we came by, there was no record of this mistake. Very disappointed.

So after walking into KFC was greeted by two customers who was very dissatisfied they had been waiting for 45 minutes and one had been waiting for an hour and their orders still wasn't right and as far as me I have had to wait 30 minutes already for a 8-piece nugget meal and their excuse was to me is they had somebody walk out

What can I say about KFC that people don't know. Fried, hot, delicious chicken. This location was nice and the staff here were very accommodating with our larger order. Sides are always a hit and the biscuits are tasty too.
