Little Caesars Pizza

I really like the food there, there is no complains on that but on cleanliness it is not good. Sometimes the place is dirty and the employees are not good with their personal hygiene. If those two things changed I would rate it a 5.

When I placed my order, there was only 1 other customer there. Was told 15 min. Waited, went back in and not ready. After 10 min, asked again. I asked several more times. Finally, received 45 minutes later after asking again. During this time, at least 15 people came and went. Unfortunately, a lot of their order were mixed up. This was the first day for guy at counter. Manger should have been there or more training.

I never knew Angels worked at pizza places, but I have to say every time I come in here. The customer service is amazing this time tonight top it completely. The Angel behind the desk help dust drastically with our pizza. Words cannot describe what a blessing it was in a much needed time like this. God bless you and thank you so much people like y’all truly make this world a better place.

I read in the comments raging about a person who's first language wasn't English, but she took care of me and she was easily understood. So that one is false and not true. I called my order in, they said 15 minutes and I picked it up in 10. It looked clean and the employees seem to work well together. Thank you so much for making my dinner easier!

Waited in line only for the new people that came in behind me to be helped before me. And when I was the only one left, the worker went to the back, and I yelled, ma'am real loud but she kept on going she commenced to buttering breadsticks, and after I made myself known, she said, I'll be with you in a minute, sir. And I told her, I was just wondering if they had any Pizza that wasn't spoken for that was ready, it didn't matter what kind. They did have one ready , and what should have been a two minute transaction turned into a fifteen minute transaction. I let her know about her rude behavior and I also let her know that a one star review was coming her way . 10-18-25 7:00 p.m.

So I went in to get a pizza and it took three hours for just two pizzas and they worked so slow for no reason

All I wanted to do was change the pickup time. It took 15 minutes to get somebody to answer, her accent was so thick I had to have her keep repeating herself and she had to have me repeat myself multiple times. She put me on hold for almost 15 minutes before just hanging up on me. I now decided to just cancel it if that's how you run that location. It took 30 minutes to cancel an order. I had to continuously call before they would finally get with management (whom I'M apparently not allowed to talk to) and I was repeatedly put on hold for extended periods of time. Why do you hang up on people when they want to change the pick up time? Why do you hang up on people when they try to cancel? I'm posting this all over everything social media. I WANT to ruin the business at the Shawnee location in Muskogee. You have obviously staffed it with nothing but incompetence.

This is the worst store ever

I had to call because my card wasn't working online but this place is completely unprofessional, they answered the phone for once then the lady put me on hold for 15 minutes until I called back. The man who answered this time couldn't hear me wich is fine but then proceeded to cuss at me telling me to speak up while I am on speaker around my family and children!! The man he handed the phone off to could hear me just fine, I don't care how busy or frustrated you are this behavior is ridiculous and unacceptable!! the reviews don't help at all due to poor management but im just leaving this here as a warning to the customers. Be prepared for awful service and raw pizza.... it sure is cheap though (and it shows)

Update 4/26/2025 today the pizza was so gross i got home looked at the pizza and it was hardly any sauce or cheese or pepperonis on it sad day was flimsy tasted like they got it out of the dumpster yeah dumpster pizza....this is not good plus the guy was rude as hell and said they didnt have all the ingredients and or no breadsticks either.

I have noticed over the past 5 or 6 years the pizza isn't as great as it used to be. But for the price was good. But the last couple months it tastes like the sauce they use is more sour and they burn almost every pizza I buy.

I just picked up my order from here. 02/21/25 3pm. The two women working were extremely courteous, fast and professional. The pizzas they cooked were damn good. The store was clean and well organized.
