Little Caesars Pizza

I had to call because my card wasn't working online but this place is completely unprofessional, they answered the phone for once then the lady put me on hold for 15 minutes until I called back. The man who answered this time couldn't hear me wich is fine but then proceeded to cuss at me telling me to speak up while I am on speaker around my family and children!! The man he handed the phone off to could hear me just fine, I don't care how busy or frustrated you are this behavior is ridiculous and unacceptable!! the reviews don't help at all due to poor management but im just leaving this here as a warning to the customers. Be prepared for awful service and raw pizza.... it sure is cheap though (and it shows)

Update 4/26/2025 today the pizza was so gross i got home looked at the pizza and it was hardly any sauce or cheese or pepperonis on it sad day was flimsy tasted like they got it out of the dumpster yeah dumpster pizza....this is not good plus the guy was rude as hell and said they didnt have all the ingredients and or no breadsticks either.

I have noticed over the past 5 or 6 years the pizza isn't as great as it used to be. But for the price was good. But the last couple months it tastes like the sauce they use is more sour and they burn almost every pizza I buy.

I just picked up my order from here. 02/21/25 3pm. The two women working were extremely courteous, fast and professional. The pizzas they cooked were damn good. The store was clean and well organized.

I just talked to management she told me that is corporate policy to not answer the phone whenever they have customers in the lobby because of that could not get anybody to take my order and being diabetic that needed food this was the only place that we could deliver to me I tried getting ahold of them for over 4 hours this is not right if you try to order through the app and it tells you to call to place your order you need to be able to call and then not answering the phone is not right I would choose a different place to order food from

They need more help or better people running the store! The pizza never ready to go out the door like it used to be .
