Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

This is a revision of my review after I went back the next day and talked to the GM on the phone:

The buffet was delicious. The employees greeted us as we went in the door. They were warm and very customer orientated. It was a huge difference between one night compared to the night before. Very impressed.

All health codes were followed, the place looked amazing, and the food was at the right temperature and delicious.

First time coming here. The pizza had no flavor (pepperoni). Thank goodness was we purchased a salad bar. The workers didn’t use gloves when making the pizzas. I seen one using his phone then grabbing the charger to plug in. Then went back to making pizza. He should have washed his hands and put gloves on. Nope things that customers are able to see doesn’t make one want to eat the food made. Management really needs to work on cleanliness and food protocol. Lots of cross contamination going on. I hope I don’t get sick from eating here. If you’re wanting to eat here don’t. We should have gone to Pizza Hut.
Reading the other reviews about employees not wear gloves and management comments on the post apologizes. This was 2 months again and yet employees still are not wearing gloves. Hell the manager wasn’t even wearing gloves. Not worth the money we paid.

The pizza was absolutely the worst, workers not wearing any gloves or washing hands even after playing on his phone and plugging it in on the assembly line. Took 30 mins to get our pizza, they boxed it when it was for here. I can guarantee we will not be back. Great first impression guys! Seriously needs more training on food prep, cross contamination and food safety. Ive been in the industry over 40 yrs and it was hard not saying anything to them but ultimately its a failure in management.

I can never get my pizzas cooked the way I order them. I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza well done tonight and an order of pizza dippers. I paid cash before receiving my order, I am informed after my dippers are done that they cooked me a supreme pizza. 30 minutes later I receive a pepperoni pizza that looked rushed and undercooked with my original dippers that were now cold. When I asked the manager why they didn't make sure that it was cooked well done he made up excuses and I asked for a refund instead of waiting for my pizza for a 3rd time. I will just go elsewhere for my pizza from now on. This isn't the first time I have had a quality issue with this location. I can't respond to you on here, if you want this resolved then you can do the work to make this right and contact me, not by telling me to contact you again. Customer service doesn't fall on the customer

Waited an 1 hour for delivery order was completely wrong. Called they said would remake and get right out another 1 hour and 5 minutes. Over 2 hours and $50 dollars poor customer service.

I went with a group from work, everybody opted to get just the salad buffet. I wanted a lasagna. The lasagna i think got forgotten about, but when they realized it they started making it immediately, and offered to add in some cinnamon sticks for the inconvenience. I then left my purse at my table on accident. I called and they put it back behind the counter and held it until i got back. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Thank you guys for being so understanding and sweet today! 10/10

Gross. Guy cutting the pizzas gut touches the fresh pizza when he is cutting it. Prep isn't wearing gloves, pants sagging, wiping sweat with barehand and wiping tossing bowls with tshirts. Slow disgusting don't go
