My husband & I stopped the evening (around 6pm) on Friday Feb 9. We were driving through on a roadtrip to Michigan. They were not particularly busy at all, which was good because we wanted to get back on the road. We ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce and a reg spaghetti with meat sauce. After 30 min of still no food OR communication, I walked up to the counter and she said "oh it's right here". Brought it to our table and we realized it was wrong. We didnt say anything because we were starving. The pizza crust was doughy & the whole pizza was very greasy. Still no spaghetti. I went back up and asked, by this time we had been there 45 min. My order had been made and given to someone else. She finally brought to our table and it was a 2 out of 5 at best. Very watery and lukewarm. Had obviously been made "again" and then set under the heat lamp. Almost $40 and an hour and a half later we left still hungry. Waitress/girl who took our order didn't seem to care if it was right or not. We wouldn't be back anyway because we were just passing through on a road trip but I suggest you drive on up to McDonalds.

Spent 45 minutes at one restaurant only to not get our food. Went to Mazios for a dinner buffer and they made us fresh hot pizza and gave us a fresh salad bar. It was a great family dinner because everyone was friendly, fast and considerate.

There was a wonderful young lady working. The drive through 930 on on December nineteenth, her name was Ashton. There was a problem with the order. I was picking up and she not only corrected it but went above and beyond making sure. We were all satisfi'd graciously. She is a keeper get her a raise. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for her thoroughness and Excellent service ?.

When I got there at 10:30am, I was not greeted. Everyone kinda of looked at me like I was in the wrong place. Even though it says they open at 10:30am, they said they weren’t open yet. Please update your hours with Google.

I dig this Mazzios...laid back staff....chill atmosphere, and delicious zah brah...yaaaah...their delivery also moves with haste....I highly recommend you stop eating that frozen pizza in your kitchen, and go to this Mazzios to get some good pizza pies.Parking: There are enough empty spots to park an army of soccer moms and a platoon of little league scoundrels.Kid-friendliness: Tis friendly to the halflings...tis friendly indeed.Wheelchair accessibility: When you get to the door, simply act like my man Fred Durst, and keep rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'....

They have a good way of taking your order over the phone. With that said, they don't take the order at the location in which the food will prepared. So they don't know that the service is terrible, not prepared on a timely manner or the food is cold. The employees act like we are disrupting them by having to make the food. Really terrible service.
