Overpriced. Service is cold and impersonal. Food is prepared with no concern for quality or care. I can get a better meal for the same price at many sit-down restaurants. The only reason I go to McDonald's is for an on-the-road breakfast. I used to go to McDonald's three or four times a week. Now I end up there maybe once a month or so, and then it's reluctantly.

Shit service!! An i know corporate or whatever will comment please reach out to us no read this review. We ordered at 1:10 pm and watched 20 - 25 cars go threw the drive threw an get there food plus people who had ordered after we had. After 40 min we went to get a refund an that took another 10 mins the manager got upset with us when we asked why all the cars made it threw drive threw but we were still waiting.

The McDonald’s at 140 W Shawnee in Muskogee is not a great place to eat. I placed a mobile order to dine in and even selected a table number, but they gave me my order as a carryout instead. I wanted to eat in the restaurant, yet there were no paper napkins in the bag, nor was there any place to get them myself. I had to go to the counter and request napkins.
Nowadays, some McDonald’s locations have become so cheap that they don’t even include paper napkins in drive-through or carry-out orders. Overall, a disappointing experience — I would not recommend stopping by this location.

Why do y’all have one window open? One person taking orders? Then everytime I use my point the girl in the morning drive thru always messes up, then when I get to the second window another person is asking me if I paid for my meal? Whaaaat? It’s a little ghetto, but I Come here it’s closer to my house, and the one on 32nd will serve you food cold as bricks 🤦🏾♀️
