This McDonalds is great! The drive thru is fast, friendly and efficient. The inside is the same with clean eating areas and a great indoor play area for kids.

I went through the drive-through bought two full meals and went to go eat the food and there was basically no french fries in neither of the meals I expect to get the food that I pay for.

Went to the Chandler Street location to get a frappe. Ordered a caramel they said they didn't have caramel so ended up with the mocha with NO whip cream. It was absolutely horrible. Didn't have much flavor at all and chunks of ice throughout. Definitely wasn't blended correctly. And they put whip cream on it....smh. This has got to be the worst Muskogee McDonald's.

They always mess up, leave stuff out, other food gets cold waiting for what they forgot. Always asked to pull forward and ice melts in drinks.
One of the managers, Troy was super kind and personable! One of the employees gave me the wrong drink when I ordered a coffee and when I told them this, they told me they ran out of the coffee and shut the window on me. They didn’t offer a different drink or anything, just shut the window. I’m not someone to make a scene so I drove home. When I called the restaurant, Troy was very kind and offered to make me a new coffee if I would be able to come back. I had been sick for a few days so the poor interaction and being dismissed after I paid for something that I wasn’t given kind of messed my day up. Then Troy made me feel much better with how they handled it and helped me by not making me feel like a burden. You can tell they care about their job!

I just got the worst food delivered from you guys. First off my burger was very under cooked and I mean it really was! I’m actually in shock about that. My food was cold and I’m maybe 2 mins away maybe. I can see y’all from where I live. Only had delivered cuz I couldn’t leave at the moment. The fries cold and hard. Ordered a McFlurry of course y’all didn’t have one for me. Then I asked for ketchup. Y’all told my driver y’all out in xtra ketchup there was no ketchup in my bag at all. I’m pretty upset about my order. I knew it was late so I didn’t expect perfection. And tried to call 15 times about my ice cream after I ordered it cuz I realize machine might not be up! But sadly a lot of places have them up and running. All and all I’m super disappointed. And very upset. Night crew get it together I didn’t pay for my food to have the worst. I’m telling you it’s not hard to impress me. But y’all did this so awful.
