I just got the worst food delivered from you guys. First off my burger was very under cooked and I mean it really was! I’m actually in shock about that. My food was cold and I’m maybe 2 mins away maybe. I can see y’all from where I live. Only had delivered cuz I couldn’t leave at the moment. The fries cold and hard. Ordered a McFlurry of course y’all didn’t have one for me. Then I asked for ketchup. Y’all told my driver y’all out in xtra ketchup there was no ketchup in my bag at all. I’m pretty upset about my order. I knew it was late so I didn’t expect perfection. And tried to call 15 times about my ice cream after I ordered it cuz I realize machine might not be up! But sadly a lot of places have them up and running. All and all I’m super disappointed. And very upset. Night crew get it together I didn’t pay for my food to have the worst. I’m telling you it’s not hard to impress me. But y’all did this so awful.

The staff have always been nice and respectful. I have brought some young hooligans (teenagers) and they didn't get upset with the loudness or the roughhousing. There were no others in the dining area to be disturbed by their goofing off and they didn't damage or leave a mess.
Parking: The only reason I checked difficult to find parking is because it's sometimes hard to get in or out of the spots with the drive through line right there
I got chicken nuggets and I personally don’t like them without sweet&sour sauce so i asked for some, and literally didn’t get any. How hard is it to not forget the sauce? It's funny I go back to get my food and they said "sorry were not doing breakfast anymore" when THEY were the ones to pack my order and then have the audacity to give me 7.38 as change when th good was 10 dollars in the first place

This is a great place to stop when traveling, the gestation attached is a very nice truck stop with all the must have trinkets.

Worst experience ever at a McDonald's in my lifetime. Went to get a sandwich and needed it fixed. That was fine. What wasn't fine was the fact that when I drove through to get my correct sandwich and vented for about a minute to the girl in the first window on October 11 on a Friday 2024 she responded with, "Not all McDonald's are the same. This one's actually a bit more satanic then that." I think this girl needs either mental help from a nicer outlook, or to lose her job because she thought that was ok to say to a customer.

When they finally came to the register to take my order, the girl wasn’t friendly at all. While waiting an eternity for my food to get ready a couple of girls came in and immediately one of the workers came over and started talking to them. Hello I’m still waiting on my food. I guess they decided to meet up in the bathroom because it wasn’t just a sec when they all went to the restroom. The worker wasn’t in there very long, wonder if she even washed her hands. Still waiting on my food. Finally I receive my food and it was awful fries was old and cold, burger not much better. My whole point is this theres a time to visit with your friends and there’s a time to do your job.
