The food is good and the service that we customers get are decent but the way the management treats the workers here are absolutely unacceptable, I witnessed them yell at the workers and scold them for talking to customers and doing theyre job

It’s Christmas. It’s 70 degrees. I accidentally selected in-store pickup instead of drive-thru. The drive-thru was empty. The parking lot was a Mad Max sequel featuring semi trucks and holiday desperation. I was still told to come inside. Did I survive? Yes. Did it feel unnecessary? Also yes. McDonald’s: doing the most, for no reason, since forever.

This is absolutely ridiculous for a two dollar DoorDash delivery. I have now been sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes watching only two employees standing around barely working and making sure everybody in the drive-through gets out while I am waiting for an order and they’re busy snacking on other orders that apparently dropped..
One of the many reasons why I refuse to come here to actually eat..

30 minute wait for a burger. Not understanding why they couldn't pass it out of the payment window but I guess since they're on their phones they're not paying attention to the smarter way of doing things. Maybe you should hide out of sight on your phone while we're sitting there for 20 minutes at a window

Can’t get an order right as simple as 2 burritos and mild sauce. mcdonald’s needs to quit opening new locations until they get the current ones to operate correctly.
My fiancé tried to get food they took her money over the app and wouldn’t give her her food they said it was to close to closing and basically took her last bit of money for food at work
