I made a stop today at this location on my way to work. I am preparing for my brother‘s funeral tomorrow and I just wanted a frappe. I asked about espresso and I was explaining to her that I had spoke to another manager on a previous occasion that had told me to always add espresso to the frappe because there wasn’t actual coffee in those, so I simply ask a question she raised her voice was very, very rude. I work in a restaurant where Customer Service is a requirement there was no reason for her to raise her voice and bite my head off because I simply explained what I had been told so since they were out of espresso, which I will also tell you in the city of Muskogee I have run into a lot of times these McDonald’s do not like to make frappe in general. It’s always oh we don’t have espresso . Oh sorry our machine is down and I mean it is always something I live in wagoner county and I’ve never run into that problem so it’s ironic that every other McDonald in the US doesn’t have as many issues as Muskogee Oklahoma. I did specifically ask the woman’s name because I like to know who I’m dealing with in these type of situations and her name was PJ and I even told her on mic that she was very rude and I didn’t want anything and I left

Usually use the curbside pickup which is fast. Lower stars because prices have gone way up especially compared to quality. Plus app doesn't work half the time and the app deals are not very good anymore
Worst service. The staff don’t care they play on there’s phones while people are waiting in the lobby. The food is cold and nasty. The store is digesting. And the manger likes to throw chairs around..

kind of upset.. just left from mcdonald’s and i love their fries. but really?? and im being serious there were five fries at the bottom of the bag and then this is supposed to be my 3.69 large mf fry..? where are my fries 😭😭 this is greedy of me but like i should get what i pay for?? i remember the times they’re overfill your fries so much there’s a bunch at the bottom😢 maybe she was the only one she was sweet

Everyone is always rude when I go to the McDonald’s at this location. Never greeted and always met with rude responses. The workers always have an attitude anytime I go there and everyone I talk to about it says the same thing. Especially in the mornings
