My boyfriend went by 32nd Street Muskogee Ok. And the manager looked down on him like he wasn't even worthy of respect and my bf is a well dressed man who treats people good. I placed an order on the app and he wanted to order his own thing, my bf started talking to place his order and the manager just walked off leaving him standing there. The people behind him walked out after seeing how rude he was to my friend. This is sickening.

Daughter got kicked out after only 3 hours even tho she was actively eating the entire 3 hours, they said she was there all day and didn't let her finish eating. Was very rude when they told her and ignored uncle when he tried to talk to a staff member.

Ordered on kiosk and have been waiting 30 minutes and still no food or drink. No one man's the counter my mom stood at counter for 15 mins just to order. Tables are dirty and nasty need wiped down. Meanwhile all you hear are the employees cutting up and laughing having a great time in the back. Gave up went to counter hollered for someone asked how long it'd be then got a complete attitude from the lady. I asked for another straw as my daughter didn't get one and she literally threw it on the tray. Food was COLD!!!!!!! Calling corporate even though we all know they won't do anything.

Wish I could give 100 stars! The amazing drive thru worker, Christian, made our day. He has great people skills, and amazing customer service, and made our experience 100% enjoyable, and will be returning just for them.
Be prepared to wait!!! Employees and even manager on day shift just standing around talking. Would not recommend this McDonald's! Terrible service!

False advertising!!! Ice coffee display on the digital sign says $1.00 for small but when you get to the window, it’s $2.40 and the store manager said THEY KNOW it’s FALSE ADVERTISING but they WILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL PRICE, no exception. I told her give my money back and cancel the order. I have NEVER dealt with such INCOMPETENT management.
