Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Im here from out of town for a few months. The staff is amazing. I sit at the bar and Kristine has been amazing every time I’ve been in. The other thing I appreciate is the manager Flo. It’s nice when the manager actually comes out to visit with you to make sure the food and service are up to their expectations! I tend to leave a lot of negative reviews these days based off poor service, food or something. It’s so nice to be able to give a positive review. Good people great food.

We had a BIG group of 15 to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday!! Our waiter was Jericho and he is AMAZING!! He went above and beyond to make our visit good! He prayed with our table helped hand out birthday cake for our table and even played with my daughter!! We went in later in the evening so they weren't very busy and I think that helped us get to see a little bit more of Jericho's personality!! If you guys go eat here I HIGHLY SUGGEST asking for JERICHO he is an amazing person and waiter!!

Always good food and service. About a 15 min wait on a Friday night. Not too bad. Most definitely will return.

We ate dinner there tonight 10/17/2025 around 1815 at the Olive Garden in Muskogee OK. The server was great, she was on top of her job. The food was ok, got the never ending alfrado/chicken bowl. Ask for some ranch so I could make a creamy Italian dressing for our salad. The ranch was some cheap bottled mess. We got finished and we both had to go to the bathroom something was making us really sick. We were throwing up and our stomachs feeling awful. The other lady called and informed the staff something we ate must have went bad. The only common thing we ate besides the salad and bread sticks was the ranch. Nobody else was making a run to the bathroom to throw up. It is now 0358 and I'm still feeling sick and have thrown up 8 times since being home. Stomach cramping and having diarrhea. Miserable. So is the other lady I was with tonight.

Food was over cooked but I will say the server Jericho did an amazing job. I did not send any food back but had to leave half of the food ordered at the table. Great people out front just need to focus on the quality of cooking.

We have been to many Olive Garden's, this was the first one to charge for extra sauce for fettuccine Alfredo. They only could give us a boat as it was called and charged 4.95. They normally don't put enough sauce on it so it forces people to order the extra. We will not be ordering fettuccine Alfredo from now on!

We were seated then proceeded to be ignored by the staff for almost 25 minutes as a nother group of people were sat down next to us after we have been there for 15 minutes and they got there drinks and ordered there appetizers and their meal before for we left after having no one came and ask us for are drinks or anything

We came here for the never ending pasta and received amazing service from both Matayo and Cambree!! Both were very kind and friendly. Cambree was the absolute sweetest hostess and I think the others could learn from her. Matayo gave us great service and connected with us as well. This location definitely needs to keep these two around!

All you can eat portions are getting smaller and smaller. Breadsticks seem to be getting drier with less season9ng than back in the day. Your breadstick used to be limp from all the butter and garlic. Now you get lucky if the top is coated.

Breadsticks served rock hard. Asked for another order. Ten plus minutes before receiving new ones. Salad was warm and wilty. Spaghetti was just ok. My grandson ordered Mac n cheese. Manager came out and asked if he could order something else, their mac n cheese was frozen!! That’s literally the only reason we go here. He loves mac n cheese. I’m afraid this will be our last visit to this location. Two times in a row it has been less than stellar.

Our To Go order was less than stellar. Our food was prepared way ahead of told pick up time and by the time we got back to eat it (less than five minutes) it was cold. When handing out the meals we realized they didn't add requested silverware (to eat with) and also forgot napkins and our drinks. We called the number to reconcile and the number that's listed on both the receipt and website was saying it wasn't valid. Thankfully our hotel had silverware and a vending machine for the missing drinks. Such a bummer...definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately no way to let management know since the number didn't work.
