First off when we walked in no one even acknowledged us. Then we came back to have our order replaced because last night they gave us chicken we couldn’t even bite into. I get it happens, but that was not even why a bad review. We go to have it replaced and we thought it was the whole order. And that’s fine it was only the chicken I was okay with that. The guy said it only said plate. I said okay I just was not sure cuz he said he would replace the order. He said I can call him and ask we said it was okay mind you the guy never went to his phone to call or anything. Then he says we would have to wait 10 mins for the plate he said he was not sure on cuz they was out we said okay and sat down. We saw it was ready so just stood up to get in line. Well I guess he took it as being rude I didn’t think we was rude. Then the dude calls Bow and tells us it was only the chicken plate. Okay so why didn’t you just tell us that you was only replacing the one plate from the beginning. He was extremely rude. Honestly I didn’t like leaving bad reviews but his customer service was completely uncalled for. We didn’t demand this man make the the whole order over, but the reality is why not anyways. We ordered two plates and had to share one plate last night because yall messed up.and once again from the beginning why not just say your only replacing one plate. We would have just said Okay, when I asked why he had us wait 10 mins like he was replacing the whole thing he said he was waiting for Bow to call no you told us you was waiting for the food to cook. So yeah I won’t go back. I’d rather drive to Tulsa or anywhere else then come back and give this store my business.

My wife and I ordered green bean chicken rice bowl. What we got was rice with almost no sauce or chicken. I can steam rice for less at home. In fairness, the employee did offer us some free string bean chicken as we were leaving but we refused because we are feeding the rice to our chickens and they do not like the sauce. I gave them a 2 because my egg role was good.

The entire crew that I interacted with were amazing! I had a not so great experience at another restaurant down the street and decided to go to this restaurant and the staff were so engaging and kind! Their professionalism made the difference for me! God bless ya’ll in Jesus name!

Food is consistent with panda express and is fresh every time I get it. My issue is when they hand out condiments. I order crab rangoon which you get 3 and they ONLY ever give 2 packets of sweet and sour sauce. If you ask for more they struggle to hand you 2 more. People like this stuff on other items as well and they behave as though you're going to ruin them if you get a reasonable amount to actually taste.

I got a combo orange chicken and walnut shrimp. One tiny piece of walnut with shrimp and I bit into a piece of bone in the orange chicken. I can only imagine what fat and nastiness was attached to that in this portion. Yuk, big stomach turnoff. I've googled recipes for both, pretty quick and easy, especially the shrimp, I'll be making it myself from now on with bigger portions and higher quality and oh yah probably way cheaper.

The staff/employees are usually upbeat and kind. The food, however, has definitely gone downhill over the last decade. We really used to enjoy this place, but the food has just become mediocre. 😞

Black guy with dreads or wicks, may have been a hat i didn't really pay attention to due to being tired, gentleman was very professional, seemed to be working hard, greeted me even though he was around the corner, was on top of the other workers helping them.
