Waiting 15 min for food. Had to go in to make sure they didn’t forget they had asked us to pull around and park. Then said it was going to be another 5 minutes. Nothing offered because of wait. No drinks, etc. Very poor customer service. Couldn’t get premium food replacement. When said it was going to be 10 min. Now it has been 25 minutes waiting.

Service here is great, food is excellent compared to the Broken Arrow location. Gentleman who took our order could tell I was a service member and gave me a discount I didn’t know about.

This place is something else. If you’re doing DoorDash through them just don’t lol. They don’t even know where their orders go so that is concerning. I had ordered a meal from there and the DoorDasher we took it because apparently this place leaves the DoorDash orders on the counter I guess and let people take it instead of verifying? Food is great but service sucks. Go in if you actually want food.

I went through the drive through, paid, was told to pull around to the front of the store after I paid, that it would be 10 minutes because there was something they had to cook. After 35 minutes, I walked in to the establishment and even still it took another 10 minutes tonget out of the establishment and still didn't get my order right, and it was less than underwhelming. Extremely disappointed.
