I’ve had terrible experiences at both locations in one week I’ve given them business two different times in one week. Once we went into the York Street location and sit down and had dinner and they didn’t acknowledge us for a whole 15 minutes while we were sitting there and wouldn’t even give us a drink, but they were handling the other two tables that were right next to us, but just kept ignoring us Finally we had to go to the front desk to order our food because we were getting absolutely no help.Then after working all day, I ordered some Lopez at the location on Highway 69 and they were so rude when I went to pick up my order I gave them my name and told them what I had ordered and when the guy came out to give it to me, he was like interrogating me to make sure that I was who I was said I was. It’s funny. If I go in there all dressed up they treat me like a God, but if you go in there and you look a little bit frumpy because you’ve been working all day. They treat you completely different. I just think there customer service has went downhill terribly in the last year.

Ac didn’t work- didn’t tell you when you walked in. Seated us in the one section without a working fan and then the server was rude, not attentive and the food was dry. Wanted to ask for “hot” salsa… but the waiter waited until we were 80% done eating to even check on us after dropping food off and scurrying away. When we said it was hot, he laughed.

Their prices are not what they advertise. Ordered a small bowl of queso, which is advertised and written on the bowl as $2.25, and it rung up as $4.00. This was the 2nd to go order which food was left out.

Nasty. One meal was so gross i shared mine with that friend just so they had some food There was grease and oil oozing out in huge puddles on their plate like vomit. The tortillia was soggy with it. Mine wasnt that good either but at least no greasy vomit. Service was just a man zooming past saying OK?OK? Not stopping Cause No Engless and couldnt tell the food was sitting there not touched. Couldnt ask for new food cause he wouldnt stop and no engless. Would not return.
