Wow extremely rude! Sonic on okmulgee you need to do better for real!! Been sitting here waiting to order over 20minutes after pushing the button just to get talked over, rushed n hung up on by the lady taking our order!!

I got there 15 minutes before they closed and no one answered the drive through so I pulled up and she said the drive through didn't pick up my car so she took my order anyway, all while this was happening the cooking was yelling and cussing me out in the back. All of our food was wrong and our burgers were smashed together with handprints all over there. We were missing a side of tator tots and our chicken bites were completely raw.

There was only 4 people I saw, as someone of 20 years ,now retired, in food service. Two of them were training the other 2. While getting slammed with customers. To me they were the best people I ever worked with. Eventhough my food took so long, they were calm apologetic while everything was going around them. They are keepers.

i ordered online and when i got to the sonic i waited 30 minutes and around 10 minutes in i finally notice two workers finally walk back into the building, and they took the extra 20 minutes looking like they weren’t even making any food. by the time we finally received our food it was good and wasn’t burnt thankfully, then after we realized we forgot something so went through the drive through because we didn’t want to drive to another sonic and deal with traffic, then waited nearly 15 minutes for them to take the money, then another 10 minutes for our food.
