Don't eat here I found that long black thing in my sonic egg cheese toaster! I will never eat here again. They must have done something with it. You can't trust them. 😡😡. I wasn't rude or anything yet they put that in there!

Food was cold when I got home , after waiting 30 min in line. And my breakfast burrito was half the size it normally comes. Ber disappointed. This happens more time than not.

I ordered door dash while at work, and waited over an hour. I contacted door dash and they stated that it was sonic where the issue was because my dasher was at sonic to pick the food up, so the order went through.

I tried to call sonic , and the phone line is disconnected. That is extremely frustrating, because this issue could have been simply resolved if the phones were working.

By the time the dasher contacted me and said sonic employee told her they did not get my order, sonic was getting ready to close, when I had ordered the food well over an hour ahead.

At this point, I was hungry, stuck at work and frustrated. I contacted door dash and they said they would cancel the order and refund me.

I went to sonic to speak to the manager, Megan. She raised her voice and got rude with me about it, when all I was asking was simply what happened to my order. She blamed door dash and was dismissive.

Honestly, it’s not the end of the world and I wasn’t even upset, just wanted to know what happened to my order , maybe the computer system was messed up, that’s besides the point. this establishment should reevaluate their management and how they speak to customers.

Also, should probably fix the phones.
I won’t be coming back.

Placed an online order. Arrived and parked in a spot and checked in. It was about 5 minutes before my order came out. The $1.99 Chicken sandwich was good and worth the money by today's standards. I did request light ice, but received a cup with quite a bit of ice. Such is life. I wasn't going to waste time arguing over the ice quantity, but you think they coul ddo that without an issue.

Food tonight waa good. Footlong chili cheese coney, cheddar poppers and diet DP. Nice meal for a fourth of July evening. Price high but tasted good.

Unless you have an extra 30 minutes, don't waste your time at this location. Doesn't matter if you order through the app or not, you'll be waiting. Cold food, missing food and very basic customer service that offers something "free" with your next purchase ... doesn't replace what I didn't get the first time and still out the cost of the item, no refunds EVEN IF ITS MISSING FROM THE BAG. No need to request a manager follow up, it never happened for me.
