Placed an online order. Arrived and parked in a spot and checked in. It was about 5 minutes before my order came out. The $1.99 Chicken sandwich was good and worth the money by today's standards. I did request light ice, but received a cup with quite a bit of ice. Such is life. I wasn't going to waste time arguing over the ice quantity, but you think they coul ddo that without an issue.

Unless you have an extra 30 minutes, don't waste your time at this location. Doesn't matter if you order through the app or not, you'll be waiting. Cold food, missing food and very basic customer service that offers something "free" with your next purchase ... doesn't replace what I didn't get the first time and still out the cost of the item, no refunds EVEN IF ITS MISSING FROM THE BAG. No need to request a manager follow up, it never happened for me.

Had a good experience. The staff is amazing!! Brittany, Mariyah, and Caroline and an absolute joy! 10 out of 10.
Worst sonic in muskogee, possibly worst fast food place in muskogee. Terrible service, rude, slow, and honestly the other sonics are 10x better. If you can, I recommend going to the other sonics or just a different place instead. I've been there multiple times due to doordashing and a few times personally, all terrible.

They are super slow whether there is just one person there or a whole restaurant full. Never been there one time that my order has been ready without waiting in excessive and I do mean excessive wait time because I call my order in ahead of time again I have pulled up and they’re only one other vehicle there and still takes 20 minutes to get my food, and I wait a little while giving them time to prepare it before I drive up there. I have even ordered DoorDash from there and they always msg me sorry still waiting on your food I will now drive out of the way like 3-5 miles away to the other sonic which I never have a long wait for. My dashers even comment how much better on time management the one on Okmulgee has.

I have always loved going to sonic, my whole life,but the last two times were horrible first to the last my chicken sandwich was not fully cooked, er should I say it was still icy cold in the middle, and the tater tots tasted as if they were freezer burned. The last visit the food was horrible! The onion rings looked as if they were fried in week old oil.Then my husband who will eat anything took one and ate it. I have never seen him spit something out until now, not only did he spit it out he was on the verge of puking in the stall the onion was rotten. We asked for the manager after we showed the car hop that the chicken strips were 4 minutes cooked too long we couldn't even bite thru them and the onion rings were rotten and she came back with our money as the manager walked right on by us and got in her car, and her ( the manager) appearance was horrible her hair was not brushed or even pulled back her shirt(not a sonic uniform or managers shirt but her name tag was on it) was filthy and her shoes and pants were just as bad. I mean idk what's going on at this sonic but it needs to be cleaned up and some better management and cooks. One thing good is the car hop was very nice and pleasant. But we will probably NEVER visit SONIC again my husband actually starts gagging Everytime we drive by.
