Second consecutive horrible experience at this location. I'm a subway addict but am thinking about changing my ways. My last visit resulted in a second visit because they gave me someone else's sandwiches (no apologies accepted because no apologies given). Today's visit consisted of one sandwich being 99% wrong with a side of hard ghost pepper bread that I could knock on (and wasnt for human consumption). This is so very disappointing. I was hoping it was just a "bad night" but looks like subway needs to go "night night". This is terrible...

This is by far one of the best services I have ever gotten anywhere in Muskogee! The Employee's, Justin, Aaliyah and August were some of the happiest ppl. They where great. I wld definitely recommend this location to get your subs and cookies?.

The girl with the black hair was extremely rude. She kept giving my boyfriend and I attitude. She was also cussing at her coworkers! Her customer service was absolutely atrocious!! We will not be coming back! The blonde was really nice!

Horrible service and food. They were clueless on how to assemble a 6” turkey sandwich. I get out to my car to eat on the way home and it the bread was hard as a brick, literally like eating a crouton sandwich. Clearly they could tell the bread was stale and needed to be thrown out! Won’t be back to this location.

Literally the worst at making online orders! How hard is it to read the receipt and make a sandwich? Got home two of three sandwiches were the same they completely skipped over one completely, went back and had it remade and the wrong sauce was put on. Second online order a few weeks later and my meatball sub had black pepper added but they put black olives!!
Justin and Izzy made a great team. Both were professional and friendly. Justin made my sandwiches quickly and beautifully. One of the best experiences I had in fast food service.

The leader that was in charge (black lady with glasses ) on her phone without gloves putting bread in the oven … ? cell phones are the nastiest germs things ever you take them everywhere with you especially the bathroom and she is touching it talking on it while putting bread in the oven ??? nasty nasty nastyThe quality has gone down as well they don’t taste the same anymore

Service was terrible! Employees were arguing with each other. They were extremely slow in making order, knives were dull which would not cut bread and had to be washed. One employee kept sneezing and touching his ear buds that I asked that he change his gloves before making sandwiches. Definitely would not go here again
