August 1st 2024, 5:40 p.m. I would like to send some praise to the 3 young men that where on shift. They were absolutely amazing, Very patient and efficient. I didn't feel rushed despite it being busy. Super friendly and welcoming vibes.
I had a large order, 5 sandwiches total. Brought my littles with me as well, They are a bit much, very energetic but no one seemed bothered by them running back and forth between my daughters and me. Everyone was super friendly, Absolutely will be coming back. 10/10 customer service, I hope their boss sees this and recognizes their outstanding work!

I used to love this Subway because of how handy it is to my house and easy to grab. However the last two times I’ve been the employees have been sitting on the curb right in front of the door smoking. I didn’t even get out of my vehicle. Workers shouldn’t be smoking at the front door where people are trying to walk in and order food. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has witnessed this and drove away.
There is No desire to serve your food in a timely manner!!!! Employees are barely present.

Ordered from this store tomite and my order was wrong and all ingredients fell off of it as soon as I unwrapped it. Called the store and talked to the young man and he told that he would remake it. I went up there to get my sandwich and had pictures of the first sandwich. Than the lady that was there started problems with me and did nothing but fight and argue with me. Than preceeded to tell me that they want the sandwich back. So my bf brought the sandwich back for the second time and no where is the second sandwich right either. This store is so horrible for service. I have put pictures of the first one and now the second one.

You guys have terrible service, the people that worked there were utterly uninterested in the job -- and preformed POORLY. I cannot stress it enough, the sandwich fell apart and it wasn't even the right one. There was an old woman there, and she was the only one with even a little sense in her sagging skin. Overheard some more workers saying something about RATS ??? and how they did not like their job. Unfortunate.
