There was only one worker working. The food wasn't edible. We took it back for a full refund. Salad was soggy and our bread on our sandwhiches tested a week old. Veggies soggy also. This used to be a decent location but that is no longer.

I didn’t want my bread toasted. I thought the steak would be warm but it was ice cold. I guess I needed to tell the guy behind the counter nut it was just a no brainer.

I ordered online last Friday. When I went to pick up, they said they were closed due to the power going out and could not refund me or make my sandwich. I was still charged for the food. I went back to the store when the power was on and was told they could not refund me in the store and gave me a number to call. No one answers the number I was given. It’s been a week now and still no refund. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.

The issue with this store is the pick up from mobile orders. They never double check before giving the food out and have had my order given to other customers on two separate occasions. Its kinda crappy to order ahead and still have to wait for my food because someone else took it.

August 1st 2024, 5:40 p.m. I would like to send some praise to the 3 young men that where on shift. They were absolutely amazing, Very patient and efficient. I didn't feel rushed despite it being busy. Super friendly and welcoming vibes.
I had a large order, 5 sandwiches total. Brought my littles with me as well, They are a bit much, very energetic but no one seemed bothered by them running back and forth between my daughters and me. Everyone was super friendly, Absolutely will be coming back. 10/10 customer service, I hope their boss sees this and recognizes their outstanding work!
