I get you want to save your drive thru times, but it’s pretty ridiculous to pull up every single car, even before I can even check in with my mobile order. Cheat all you want but at least get the order correct. Bad attitude from everyone there.

We went in to eat and hadn’t been there in forever.. you had to use a computer (which had a filthy screen to place your own order) it was nasty so we left and won’t be back. I’m not going to a fast food place and working as the cashier! On a filthy computer screen to boot! No thanks! Do better Taco Bell!

Night shift confused a 8 dollar box of nachos with a bell grande. Morning shift left out 3 cheesy roll ups plus beef (Half my order) save yourself the headache and go to other taco bell.
Ridiculous how long you have to wait for your order, and we are the only one in dine in at 5:09pm, yet your employ got her meal and her two friends got their drinks and left. We feel bad having to keep asking where our order is. Got here at 5:02, still waiting at 5:17pm. Ordered and PAID for extra cheese, extra guacamole and never got it. Couldn't wait another 20 minutes

My quesodilla was literally burnt, and was lacking the stuffing. Half of the tortilla was dry, had nothing on it, there were maybe 1 bite of stuffing in each piece of the quesodilla while chewing on burnt tortilla. I love eating at tacobell, but this was a huge turn off and I did not enjoy my meal. Very disappointing.
