Tonight we went at about 9:20pm and watched workers walk in from smoking right before we pull up to drive thru. All lights are on and cars in parking lot and we try to order and worker cuts us off and said ”I’m closed”. I said “I thought yall close at 10?” And no response. I checked website and definitely said 10pm and wasn’t a holiday or anything. I understand if it was a little closer to 10pm that they need to start closing up but was literally ordering one thing. It’s just irritating because I have a bad experience every time I go there.

They forgot my chips, and that's a first in 40 plus years of visiting Taco Buenos all over the southwest. It seemed blander than usual, but portions were very good.

Me and my sisters got 7 beef Muchacos and all 7 of them didnt have lettuce and we were missing one and they put onions on mine but we told them no onions so we went back and told them, they got it wrong but the two new Muchaos had lettuce but very little tomatoes and still had onions even though we said no onions so they didn't listen at all.

I ordered 2 tostadas off of the value meal. One had a little bit of lettuce three pieces of tomato and a little bit of cheese the second one only had cheese and I did not order it that way. I was given the wrong receipt. And when I walked in the place was extremely smoky, like something had burned, and you can see this the smoke around the front door. My clothes now smell like whatever they burnt or fried.
