Can't comment on the quality of much, because we weren't able to get anything. The website says lobby closes at 9:00 pm but drive thru is open until 9:30. (Which is the case for every other Tropical Smoothie we've been to). We pulled up to the drive thru at 9:12 and were greeted by a recorded message telling us they were closed & to please visit during normal business hours. Excuse me? I thought 28 minutes BEFORE closing time WAS during normal business hours...??? This is SOOOO NOT good customer service!
