The Wendy's here in McAlester are really good. I have the chicken sandwich and a salad. But they are fast to.

Been to Wendy's so many times. you know what to expect from service and taste.
One woman was ordering in front of me I swear she took 10 minutes. why someone else didn't come to take my order I don't know.
food took 3x longer than I would have expected. and it wasn't even that warm.
I will probably go back to a Wendy's. but not this specific one.
It was just a very sub-par experience

There was no soft drink in the dining room machines, the honey had run out, I had to ask for my glass to be refilled in the inside take-out area, the bathrooms had liquid soap lying on the floor half clean, empty place, snow outside with ice, not very busy place!

The experience was excellent as always. I would recommend the mushroom Swiss burger for those who like mushrooms or if you would like to try something new.

So we go through and got our food we're told to wait by the double doors for the food I pulled around and after he brings it out I asked if they have the Wendy's green sauce and we are told no they don't. Well we went to leave and I asked my wife to hang me the bag it was ripped at the top and when she grabbed it the whole thing flew open my food hit the floor board ofmy car I turned around to tell them the bag was ripped and here's the food then he proceeds to only refund me for 9.00 when my meal was 17 something 🙃 but he took all the food bac and threw it away but didn't give me all my money back which is totally unprofessional maybe they should not hand out defected bags and then act like they can't refund for the food I wasn't about to eat. So thanks for stealing from me Wendy's.

It's not worth using the mobile app or the drive through. They make you pull around and park, even if they're not busy. They screw your order up and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Most of the people working the drive through window are rude and unpleasant.
