Good food! They were very busy yet the staff was fast and on top of it. Had a slight problem with pickles on my burger. Went inside the lobby and had no problems getting it corrected. The manager Sam was extremely helpful and she was apologetic about my order she got me hooked up with a fresh burger quick! Thanks Sam for helping me out instead of being rude! I will for sure be back again

Fiancé & I had a couple of meals to go ( truckers, so of COURSE we’re pretty much on the road all day). His meal was fine. MINE, on the other hand was NOT. I had SIMPLY REQUESTED a single patty bacon cheeseburger sub mayo for mustard, no lettuce, extra pickles, & sub grilled onions for raw. APPARENTLY SOMEBODY THERE either does NOT know how to LISTEN or just don’t CARE cuz my burger was made to my specifications EXCEPT there were RAW ONIONS on it [ didn’t realize it UNTIL we were about 50 mi DOWN the road]( had just made a Walmart trip before visiting this location, so HE went in to order while I was busy putting away groceries). Ended up REMOVING the onions just so I could eat.

Asked for no onions on both of my patty melts. For the second time in a row they messed up BOTH meals. On top of the burgers, they also somehow messed up a malt too. This place has dumbasses that can’t complete the simplest of tasks. I love whataburger typically, but this location is MUST AVOID. Absolutely abysmal.
Why other folks give it a bad rap is beyond me. Every time I've been here the staff is always helpful and packed with manners. Food has always been exactly how I've ordered it and I don't get that "disgusted" look I get at other burger joints when I ask for something extra. My family and I love it.
Best biscuits and sausage gravy in Muskogee! Clean lobby, great staff!
