One car in the drive-thru with an active operator in the back taking the orders and two heavyset women in the front who are doing everything they can to look too busy to come to the one person in the empty store to take an order. Sad and pathetic

I would put a zero star if I could. I just went to this location today (3/2/25). Wife saw they had the ham and Swiss melt back so I picked it up with large crinkle fries. Fries were old and sandwich was almost room temperature. They also put the Swiss cheese on the bottom bun, under the ham?
I went to this location and got the Arby Q's when they came back around a month ago. I threw then away because I think they just put BBQ on plain roast beef. 2 horrible experiences in a row. I'll drive to 89th and May location before I go to this location again.

Arby’s in mustang ok ! Had to walk out after waiting for 15 mins in the lobby ! 1 person eating inside 2 in drive thru ! They didn’t even acknowledge us until about 5 mins in . Mind you only ones in line ! Lady said I’ll be right there then just ignored us u til we left ! Won’t be going back which sucks bc I love Arby’s !

This location is horrible, orders 2 cokes for a Diet Coke and unsweet tea, ordered a double roast beef for a classic beef n cheddar, order two classic roast beef sandwiches only got one. How do you mess up 99% of the order?!? I want my money back because we didn’t even get most of our meal. And they even repeated it back right. Although they did put classic meal instead of double classic meal which is still incorrect.
I got the Mac and cheese bite and they tasted burnt I work for Tacobell in Del city and we change are oil everyday do you guy even change you oil that tasted burnt really bad you need to take action and take care of your alls fryers because this isn’t the first time my food tasted burnt at your location you all used to be really good in 2019 when I came in April of 2019 for a event at the bridge church right down the street from y’all I don’t know what happened but you all need to figure it out

The food was ok, most of it I watched be put in the microwave. What really got me was it was a Saturday evening and there were only 2 employees in the whole store. 2 meals took 35 minutes!
