My dad bought 4 beef and cheddars, and one classic roast beef. None of them had cheddar on them. But when he came back to tell them they charged him for 4 beef and cheddars and slammed the drive through door In his face. I have tried to call but they hung up on me every time.

Service is always amazing! Tonight it felt exceptionally so, the woman working the drive was super pleasant! The food was fresh and quick, even with having to be pulled forward for fresh mozzarella sticks, she was out with the food a minute later. However....please... Pleeeeeease remember to put marinara sauce in with the mozzarella sticks , i cant be the only one who literally never gets their marinarađ Still 5 stars though

Moved to town not too long ago. Im not a fan of arbys food but was picking up an order for my girlfriend. The staff here were the absolute best. I have never had drive through service as good as it was here. Incredibly kind and happy employees.

One car in the drive-thru with an active operator in the back taking the orders and two heavyset women in the front who are doing everything they can to look too busy to come to the one person in the empty store to take an order. Sad and pathetic
I would put a zero star if I could. I just went to this location today (3/2/25). Wife saw they had the ham and Swiss melt back so I picked it up with large crinkle fries. Fries were old and sandwich was almost room temperature. They also put the Swiss cheese on the bottom bun, under the ham?
I went to this location and got the Arby Q's when they came back around a month ago. I threw then away because I think they just put BBQ on plain roast beef. 2 horrible experiences in a row. I'll drive to 89th and May location before I go to this location again.

Arbyâs in mustang ok ! Had to walk out after waiting for 15 mins in the lobby ! 1 person eating inside 2 in drive thru ! They didnât even acknowledge us until about 5 mins in . Mind you only ones in line ! Lady said Iâll be right there then just ignored us u til we left ! Wonât be going back which sucks bc I love Arbyâs !
