Me and my wife had a very rude staff member, if I remember correctly, a woman named Desten. She was very rude and impatient the entire time me and my wife tried to order. And when leaving, she gave us a dirty look. The food was good though.

We went through the Arby’s drive-thru tonight and had a very frustrating experience. Ordering wasn’t terrible, but things quickly went downhill at the window.
We were told (not asked) to pull forward before receiving our drinks. When the drinks were handed to us, the medium cup collapsed and spilled because it was handed by the lid. When I asked for napkins, they were tossed out the window.
We were repeatedly told we could not wait at the window because it would affect drive-thru times, even though no other customers were behind us. Our total wait time was 19 minutes.
When our food arrived, items were missing: medium fries, Arby’s sauce, extra Greek sauce, and our receipt. Each time I tried to explain, I was cut off, the window was shut, and staff became visibly upset, saying I was “ruining their time.”
A manager eventually stepped in, but I was told I was “the problem” after apologizing for the stressful night.
I love the food quality and will return, but the customer service needs serious improvement. Drive-thru times should not come at the expense of respectful service and order accuracy.

Black guy in the drive thru was super Amazing. My card dropped he went and got it, so I didn’t have to get out. He was such a customer oriented guy. I tried to call to give him kudos but they didn’t answer. Food was really good too!!!
They were short handed the day we went, but the cook said we will be with you shortly. Our orders were correct and the food was great.

We went through the drive thru and had a horrible experience. My boyfriend ordered the Ruben and the sauerkraut was rotten they didn’t give us all of our food. They wanted us to pay for stuff we said we wanted at the drive thru. When we told the guy who was working he sighed and slammed the window several times I tried calling them 3 times and they didn’t answer. Do not recommend going here unless you wanna be met with nothing but attitude.

Paid almost 60 bucks and when we got out food didn’t notice till we got home that they didn’t even give us half of our food and then refused to answer.

My dad bought 4 beef and cheddars, and one classic roast beef. None of them had cheddar on them. But when he came back to tell them they charged him for 4 beef and cheddars and slammed the drive through door In his face. I have tried to call but they hung up on me every time.
