Ordered a two meat combo for $18 and all I can say was nothing about this meal expressed me. The first bite of the brisket I tasted a strong salt flavor and the sausage wasn’t good at all. Not a place I’ll be visiting again when there is another bbq place right down the street. Restaurant looked clean so that’s a plus. I recommend that you save your money

We had to wait to have our order taken as they were fulfilling at least one large dordash order while we stood and waited. They did not acknowledge our presence until they were finished making the other orders despite us being at the front of the line.

Had a great experience here tonight. The three young men working did their jobs well. Food was cooked to perfection, and they continued to work diligently the entire time we sat and ate. We were very impressed by the ethic! Kane, Skyler, and Quentin were their names.

Enjoyed the pulled pork platter. I was looking for something fast to take on the road (yes, eating while driving). The pork was served moist and hot. I enjoyed a delicious side of mac n cheese.
Got a pound of their pulled pork to go plus small Cole slaw to make sandwiches at home. Pleasantly surprised. Pulled pork was not too salty and had a little kick to it. Cole slaw was not a mayo based kind and was a good fit with the meat. My only complaint was that the cole slaw had leaked all over the bag when I got home.

First time at Billy sims. They close at 8pm. They were out of potato's by 6:30, no pulled pork. I placed an order around 6:45. They called me at 6:55 to tell me they don't have spuds. We paid $25 for 2 spuds. They didn't have them so they substituted them for Mac bowls. So we LOST money and didn't even get what we wanted. NOT HAPPY probably won't ever come back.

I find it quite laughable that Romeo Vera has now rated the store at such bad quality when a couple months ago he made it quite clear it was a great place, I wonder why hes had a change of heart.

Me an my son eat here weekly but that may change. After we waited 10 minutes to order, the short guy making the food informed me their out of potatoes an brisket, so we change our order, order food, then he asks if it's for here or to go, I said for here, Then he informed me they would be closing in 15 minutes so we would have to hurry. I canceled and me an my son went to Applebee's and they got my money instead. Normally Billy Sims is really good on customer service but the guy tonight, I'll never eat there if he's working.
