Update: Spoke with owner (Mark) he handled the situation, owned the issue and said he knew what needed to be corrected on his end. Great Job!! I am updating this review.

I have never been treated so badly at a Chick-fil-A ever and eat at one at least once a week. The fruit in the small size was the exact same amount as the medium (I had both on my order and opened and counted both). When I asked about it the “MOD” Michael C, though his badge said Hospitality, proceeded to tell me it was the exact same amount of fruit in both and how it should be and he “will not change it”. I then an explained the situation again and he said well that’s just how it is. Another employee walked up and took care of me. I will be having a conversation with the owner of this location next week, as I’m a regular. This is absolutely absurd customer service and a guy that calls himself hospitality is missing the whole point in his job.

Yall need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Yukon is a great location but somehow (unsurprisingly) Mustang location fumbles the ball in pretty much every way. Food, cold. Service, slow. Cmon guys, get it together. You have a playbook you can copy off of in Yukon, how are yall struggling? Tsk tsk tsk, what a sad day.

I hate leaving less then 5 stars but this needs addressed. This is a long one but its deserved. The food was good but the management sucks and ruined things for me. I hope the management sees this and writes me back. Anyway I have been going to Mustang Chick Fil A recently. There is this one girl named Leighanne which stops this place fron 1 star and is the only reason I go there. I just hope I spelled it right, I asked her how to spell it and I put it in her phone. Leighanne I hope your management shows you this. Also, if I spelled your name wrong Im sorry sweetie.

This girl is the nicest person I have ever seen and deserves a promotion at least! I just hope she doesnt turn into their management. 5 stars for her but 3 for the management. I would give five stars if management was more like her. Seriously they are stupid for not moving her up but more than that promoting people who are bad at their jobs.

Management gets paid more than team members just to sit on their PHONES and GOSSIP about other workers. Seriously needs an investigation. That and they push their jobs on others.

This little girl is the sweetest and so precious. She is productive, works with a purpose, and is genuinely happy to be there and see you. She treated me like her family. Over the few times I have been there, I have seen her do multiple people's job at once. I have seen her take orders, make drinks for them, and hand out orders all while making me and anyone I bring with me feel special. She also checks on all the people and not just hey want a refill but conversation questions. And if you dont feel like talking she ubderstands and doesn push.

Even when people are being mean which is more the higher ups then the guest which is RIDICULOUS she doesnt let it affect how she treats others she makes my kids day! One time i had a bad day she noticed the slight smudge of my makeup and talked to me for a few minutes till i was happy and smiling again. Shes is such a bright and positive presence.

Its just a shame to see people in blue shirts that look the same age as her ask her to do THEIR JOBS. There was one guy who came out to the dining room empty handed to tell her to leave a busy dining room to help HIM hand out an order to the DINING ROOM. Its ridiculous and Im thinking why didnt you grab the order since you were right there anyway!

Even after he treated her like that, this girl smiles and pushes herself harder having a lot on her plate. Last I heard she was doing HER JOB! Staff working in the dining room if its busy stay in the dining room and guys like him take out orders. He pulled her away to do his job and still continue to do hers all while he talks. I dont blame her for that I blame HIM. That guy needs to do his job. Or even better him and her need to switch positions. Make her the manager or whoever he was.

5 stars for Leighanne
3 stars for management they need to promote people who deserve it. Not snobs and jerks who dont care about anyone but themselves and know-it-alls.

5 stars for Lillian, 1 star for Chick-fil-A.

We placed an order and received two frosted coffees—one peppermint and one regular—that had zero coffee in them. They were literally just milkshakes. My mother went back in to ask for replacements, and the manager wouldn’t even look at her or come to the counter. Instead, she told the sweet employee to “find out what was wrong with the other ones” because she had made them.

The issue was obvious: they were not frosted coffees at all.

Having worked in the food industry, I know you don’t argue with customers or try to diagnose the problem—you simply remake the order correctly and keep people happy. I’ve always seen negative reviews for this location, and now I understand why.

However, Lillian was the absolute sweetest Chick-fil-A employee I have ever encountered. She handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, and honestly, she should be the manager.

I’ve tried to be super understanding that they are a new store but running out of biscuits during breakfast hours? WILD. Unfortunately it’s always something up there. They forget something almost every time I go! It’s worth the gas money to just drive to Yukon until they can find their groove.

Took over 15 minutes to get food order that was places in the app, I didn't get any of the sauces that were supposed to come with the food. Also ordered a bowl and didn't get silverware 🥴

Roland noticed we had a birthday and made sure our birthday boy had a great time! Cow came out and passed out hugs and hi 5’s! Mustang Chick-Fil-A has the BEST staff and management! Food was excellent and kids playplace was very clean.

Went in for my son's birthday and the manager Roland brought out the cow mascot and gave my son a card signed by the whole staff. He didnt have to do that, but it made my son's day even more special. I love this place and the food is always great!

I love chicken but one of your workers Grant spit INTO my food. I 100% think he should be FIRED!!!! extremely rude to me and my family and had the audacity to ask us to tip him in cash. Disgusting behavior. Please do something about this.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the food was delicious. We had a couple of substitutions and it was correct and also verified by the staff who brought us our meal. Also we were in a pickup and trailer. We could park on the street running behind the restaurant. There is a small gravel lot behind it as well.
