I ordered my food at 4:57 was there to pick it up at 5:12 and when I got home food was cold,item missing also had some food overcooked, wrong drink, I did this all online expecting order to be correct and fresh, for how much I paid I expect better, not the worst money I've spent but very disappointing

I will start with i hate giving reviews but I’ve been coming to this location since they first ever opened in hopes they can redeem theirselves. Never fails for how much is cost they always short you on food, typically slow and rude about it. At this point i would say 90% of the staff can’t count and the other 10% are always mad. I try to be as nice as possible but at the end of the day you chose to work there. Don’t take it out on everybody else.

The line cook had 13 inch long hair in a ponytail I asked the store manager or I guess he was the store manager if he thought that was appropriate so I guess he told the guy to put a hat on but meanwhile every time he bends over his long hair Falls in front of him which can easily get into food and that's disgusting. At that point I should have walked out and the next time I come back in the store if that guy's here I'm not eating the food.

Went through the drive thru and guy taking order was nice but girl at window didn't care to really help us. Probably shouldn't be working in foodservice if don't want to actually have to talk to people. We didn't get our ranch for the pickles and pickles were cold as was the chicken so don't know why we waited for almost 15 minutes in line.

We needed a bunch of chicken for a funeral gathering. While they did a good job on the food, the person working drive-through should have been more polite for a $130 order. We can buy chicken anywhere. You need to at least be polite for large orders.
We have been going here for 3 years, today the experience was dismal. The chicken, the gravy and the poppers were cold, left over from the lunch crowd. We asked for rolls and they were cold as well not soft like usual. Must have been a bad day for them, we saw other folks returning their food. One other thing I noticed, the price I was charged was different than times past

I wasn't sure on what came with what, so I called in my order and spoke with Paul, he is a rare find. He was helpful, kind and patient, because I was adding on a few more items. You can tell he enjoys his job. The food was nice and hot. I love their rolls. Thank you so much for your help and kindness.

This place is outrageous with there prices and the chicken is only fresh cause there's no line. Why is y'alls family/ meals so expensive. For these prices I went and spent the money at the store and had leftovers. This is wild. Do better guys.
