I recently went to Chicken Express and had an excellent experience! Hayden at the drive-through took my order quickly and with great customer service. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The whole team was friendly and gave such positive engagement, which made the visit even better. I’m very appreciative that they are hiring such positive and hard-working crew members.

My husband went in to order food for us told him about how is his wife was in the car and he was going to have to help her up the stairs we get home so I ended up going in told them that I ended up having to come in because I can't get our order right and then I am medically so sick that I am actually considered dying I have liver failure and I have cancer they ended up having to redo our entire order. Then the guy comes out and tells me to not ever yell at his employees again which I never raise my tone of voice. These people are incompetent. And obviously cannot do their job or obviously do not want to. I am ashamed of this Chicken Express. And I obviously do not care if they know who I am. Do not hire a bunch of children. Someone needs to have an adult in the restaurant to watch over these kids or do not have your restaurant open.

Not sure what's going on at this location but this is the second time I've had to pull out of the drive-thru line because of the long wait. Today I Sat in line without moving for entirely too long. Several other people pulled out of the line and left before I did. Sad. I had several people hoping for Chicken Express tonight.

Hayden at the drive through absolutely butchered my order. I asked for a 4 piece combo, and to add a side of large 24 ct fried pickles. 2 Jalapeño Ranches and 1 Regular Ranch.

I get to the window and somehow they thought I wanted a 12 count strip? Then when I get my order, I see that they gave me no fries. For whatever reason they made the conclusion that I wanted to substitute fried pickles for fries…nope…I wanted both.

Not only that, but I only got an 8 count fried pickle instead of the 24 ct I ordered. To top it all off, I only 1 jalapeño ranch and 1 regular…in the end I guess I didn’t need it as somehow they left half of my food off the order. Drove 20 minutes to not get the food I wanted and still be hungry. Waste of time and money.

This has never been an issue at any other location. They need to do something about the stoned employees messing up orders.

Great food, terrible prices. Chicken E charges a roughly 400% markup for their tenders. They’re getting greedy and it’ll catch up to them. It shouldn’t cost $50+ for an average size family meal. Lost a customer

We have always had good experiences at this location, and the Server Jason is always nice and funny when we come around.
The man works hard and we appreciate that, as well as the rest of the team that works there.

Keep up the good work guys!

It's fried chicken. For some reason I can eat three pieces and not get a wozy stomach. They'll pack your cup full-o-ice if you don't ask them not too and if you don't ask you'll get 2 drinks before you're straw slurp percolating with a piece of dry breast meat in your mouth. Which reminds me when they ask for what pieces be warned half the time the breasts are dry like an old cougars udders. I like the Mashed taters and rolls don't get the biscuit it ain't Popeye's dry but the rolls best.

Fries weren’t just stale, they were old and grainy and tasted like I was eating salt with a spoon. The chicken wasn’t fresh. Hell of a way to spend $25….on two bad 4 piece meals. Coke was half empty too.
