There were 3 of us. Not one of us received food that was even Edible . cold cold hard chicken. The rolls were hard as rocks. It was awful. They actually saw that we all three through our food away and didn't even ask was problem. In desperate need of a manager.

2 pieces white, wing completely dried out! Breast was almost not eatable and side order was cold! This was the second time in the last month!! Terrible food.... Will never ever go back!!

The food was very greasy and not as good as it used to be. It actually reminded me of Church's Chicken ? just a lot more expensive.

Great food, Great ice tea. Great rolls. Great sides. Drive through is pretty fast. They often even come outside to your car to speed things up. Love dunking my chicken tenders in the awesome white gravy they give you. Higjhly recommended. I eat here several times a week. It's one of my Mustang favorites.
Service was slow to take an order, and I was the only person in line. After placing the order they went back to visiting with each other instead of working. I when back to the counter and told then I was still waiting on the to-go order. They then filled the order, wrong items. My opinion is if they done want to work, send them home and they can visit at home for free instead of you funding social time with friends. If I did not live 30 minutes away I would have came back and told him to pull his head out of his *ss and fix the order.

Looking for fried chicken...they have it, but...Not much seasoning.Wish they would incorporate the "spicey seasoning" they use on their tenders...in the process of the chicken on the bone.

Drive thru... Service was good ... But chicken wasn't as good...was dry...okra was not even warm... probably won't go
After coming through the drive-through and a drive-through attendant handed me a drink so over full it spilt all of my work clothes while I was on my lunch hour I did get an apology but I had to asked for napkins I had asked them to re-wipe down the cup and then when I spoke to the manager and I realize that I did not get my sauces that I had asked for she went ahead and still charge me the $1.09 for them. I guess that my ruined jeans and the time that it’s gonna take me to have to go home and change my clothes so I can continue to do my job wasn’t her concern. I will never again eat at the chicken express in Mustang Oklahoma

Great food. Nice staff. My only complaint is that I spent $50 on chicken family pack and was told I had to pay 50cents for each sauce ?! That is ridiculous. If you pay that much for a family pack you should atleast get a couple sauces to dip you strips.

Ordered 2 chicken meals yesterday. It was not busy. Fries were limp and hard (undercooked). The chicken was not crispy and when I cut one in half, there was still pink inside. We visit regularly and this is the 1st time our food was inedible. Very disappointing.

We arrived in the middle of the after-church lunch rush, but were greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Not even a minute's wait before our at-the-counter order was taken. The staff was hurried but not unkind. We were told there would be an 8-minute wait for the dark chicken that I like, and we were fine with that. The lobby was clean, and an associate even came out to sweep, and wipe down the few tables needed looking after. The drive-thru line, from what I could tell, moved quickly. Lots of communication between the associates. Our order was hot and fresh, and as we were leaving, an hangry and frustrated Door Dash driver came in to yell and complain; I wanted to tell him to calm down and observe: IT'S A SUNDAY LUNCH RUSH. You and your customer should understand that, especially on a Sunday when most businesses are severely understaffed. Stop taking it out on the staff who are actually working to make every customer happy. I'm a repeat customer of the Mustang Chicken Express because of the food and professionalism.Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and menu options. Plenty of natural light. Bathrooms available.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, but not automatic doors.
