We have been to this Chili’s several times since they opened. The service has been fabulous! Only once was there a hint of a struggle to keep our tea filled but another waiter stepped up. That was early in the opening of the restaurant. Since then, we have had the best experience dining out you could hope for.
We choose Chili’s in Mustang over most other options just because we KNOW we will get FRIENDLY service from the front door to the kitchen. We know our dishes will come out CLEAN and great presentation (we had dirty dishes at a restaurant down the highway). The value is great to us.
Regardless, when we go, date nights….and it’s crazy busy or…. In the middle of a Tuesday afternoon, the crew is great. The GM, Ann is working with a crew that pulls together to serve the customer. This customer thinks you all have done an outstanding job.
You definitely deserve an award in my book. I’ll do my part by continuing to sit at your tables. …and tell others how incredible you are. ⭐️

Best experience I’ve had at a chilis in a while. Our server was very attentive and was very quick. Food was amazing. I got the triple dipper and my dad got the ultimate cajan pasta. And we split a cookie skilled.

Husband and I came for an early dinner since it is NEW YEARS EVE. It was delicious as always.
Everything was super slow for us. Our drinks, our main dish, and the items we requested were reminded to our server a number of times.

Me and my wife went in on Christmas Eve and had Darrell as our server . He was great and looked like he was running the whole show while a lot of other were standing around talking he saw us made eye contact and immediately got us help . He suggested some good apps and his favorite drinks and the specials . His service was great constantly checking on me and my wife and the other big group that was there I never saw the bottom of glass ! We left him a good tip and talked to him about moving to the area and he gave us a couple good spots to try that are in town all around a great experience and we will back for our favorite server .

Feel bad it was good food... had 3 different servers was not in a hurry but had 1.25 hr to eat and they never came back to give me change and the only thing I had was dang near exact change so mind your tables
