Fantastic staff! This restaurant isn’t any where near where I live but I will drive past a few other Chili’s just to go the Mustang location. The food is great and the service is top notch! Even when slammed this place runs like a well oiled machine. That staff are really a team and it makes such a difference in the customer experience.

Have been a customer since it opened. Another couple and us have eaten there numerous times and has always been great. Last Saturday, October 25, the hamburgers were not there usual good. Nothing we could identify but just weren’t like they usually have. So bad, we didn’t finish them. Before long we were belching and had unhappy stomach. Next day, a bad case of diarrhea. Service was good but food was terrible.

One of the only reasons why I go to chili's is for the crispers and corn on the cob. They have removed the corn on the cob from the menu. So disappointed. Will weigh other restaurant choices that do serve corn on the cob before I return to chili's. So sad.

We were trying to decide what we wanted to eat and we were kicked out before we could ever order because my 19 month old grandbaby was screaming. We were trying to calm him down but nothing was working. We were at the one in Mustang. He is a baby and sometimes babies just scream.. So if you have babies or kids who scream for whatever reason be prepared to be kicked out.

Andrew was awesome, but my dish made me sick within a couple of bites. I got the same thing always get. Chicken, shrimp, Cajun pasta sans Alfredo sauce with a basket of bread. We sat in the bar area. They did give me a different meal. nice!

Food good- but over priced- The food is delicious. Over priced $38 for plate of food- a little shrimp a little grilled chicken a little Asada some vegetables small bowl of beans and some rice. I doubt There was even 1 pound of food I could be wrong- Our server was a good server he got the job done for our large group- he could’ve smiled a little bit-

Food is defo not worth the price tag. Some things were bland like the mac, others over-seasoned but with cheaper ingredients like the nashville sauce, or old tasting like the street corn while also being on the smaller size like the tenders.... The to-go worker was super nice and knowledgeable on the phone which was a necessary route since the website nor the links the company sent would process a gift card payment. So much room for improvement from corporate to management. Would never spend my money here.
