Been going to City Bites for decades and always been good. But got a sandwich to go that ended up with hair in it, so called and got a free sandwich for the next time I went in, and THAT one had hair in it! Needless to say they're off the list. Bunch of unmanaged teenagers in there that apparently either don't give a crap or are not properly trained.
Good food and service
I've been eating at city bites since the first one opened in Bethany in 1986. I love their bread. I get the ham and cheese on white, which is absolutely wonderful. This location is the best by far to me. The employees are always friendly and professional. I've only had one issue with an order, and they were quick to make it right. Thank you, and keep up the good work!!!

The location is easy to find. I ordered the pot roast potato. It tasted like the pot roast & carrots came from a can. I was so glad I ordered a backup, Club sandwich. Very generic.

This city bites is not as good as the edmond locations. Yes, it's the same food, although this location is a bit chintzy. I still will always love city bites, though.

Wow! Amazing food! I’ll never eat at a franchise again. I got the Italian sub and peanut butter cookie and it was such a treat. Full of flavor and quick, friendly service!

I was asked by some friends to meet them here, and it was my first time. I did not enjoy my time here. I stood at the cashier feeling like a fool because the staff stood in the back just kept yelling 'register,' meaning for someone to get it, and after a few minutes and awkward stares, someone came over to replace the intended cashier. I was going to order a loaded baked potato, but when I arrived at 5:45pm on a Tuesday, they were out of baked potatoes and it would be a 25-minute wait. I knew we weren't staying very long, and that I could head home and make one myself and eat it in a quicker time than that, so I decided to pass. I didn't order anything. The wait and the $10 price weren't worth it in my opinion. The place felt crammed and dingy. They had a TV playing the news. I really don't feel like giving the place a second chance. My experience could have been made better by being greeted, waited on out sooner, and the news about the wait on food could have been broken to me more professionally.

First time here. Was surprised that it was a walk-up counter to order with no table service. Their cheesesteak sandwich was very good. Only bags of chips, no fries. It's really not a restaurant but a deli. All small tables and chairs. Not real roomy. But I would recommend giving them a try. I want to try one of their huge loaded baked potatoes next time. They look yummy.

Sandwiches were okay, fast turnaround but did not taste very fresh.
We love this place in Mustang. Today, though, I observed an employee making sandwiches, reaching into toppings with bare hands and come around to work the register. When I asked for them manager to mention so he could educate/correct, the person who said he was the manager stared at me blankly. I stated that this was very gross. He said she washes before she goes back to food. I asked don't they wear gloves to prepare food. He stared blankly at me and said yes. That was the end of the interaction. He was obviously ill equipped and nervous to handle such an interaction. Sad. And very gross. I looked for how to contact the store owner, but couldn't find more than just the store number. An email or contact for store managers available might eliminate an embarrassing public review in the future... maybe. I'm torn if I will come back. It's one of the few best places in Mustang. Seems processes have gotten a little sloppy. I'm sure they could easily be tightened up.

I ask for no veggies just meat and cheese and I got everything on it. If I was to have an allergy then that would be cause for concern. The workers had their hair down walking in the kitchen also, there was hair in my food.
